Kamala Plagiarizes MLK Anecdote in October Elle Mag Interview

We’re all looking forward to Kamala Harris’s ‘I have a dream’ speech at the inaugural

We’ve all cringed at politicians who use a fake dialect or accent when speaking to southerners or African American groups. It’s shameless pandering, and flat out embarrassing.

Hillary Clinton comes to mind immediately with her fake (and poorly executed) black accent, “I don’t feel no ways tired” in Selma, Alabama in 2007.

California’s Kamala Harris has officially entered the world of shameless pandering, and she’s in good company with Joe Biden, also a notorious plaigarizer. Harris lifted a Martin Luther King Jr. anecdote during an interview with Elle Magazine in October.

Fox reported:

“Senator Kamala Harris started her life’s work young,” writer Ashley C. Ford led off the piece. “She laughs from her gut, the way you would with family, as she remembers being wheeled through an Oakland, California, civil rights march in a stroller with no straps with her parents and her uncle. At some point, she fell from the stroller … and the adults, caught up in the rapture of protest, just kept on marching. By the time they noticed little Kamala was gone and doubled back, she was understandably upset.”

“My mother tells the story about how I’m fussing,” Harris told the magazine. “And she’s like, ‘Baby, what do you want? What do you need?’ And I just looked at her and I said, ‘Fweedom.’”

And Twitter went nuts:

Why didn’t alarm bells go off for the Elle Magazine reporter writer? Kamala Harris, 56, remembers being in a stroller, and having a conversation about civil rights?

It is stunning how the default for so many Democrats is to fake who they are, and make up stories about their families and life experiences – usually fairly easy to verify. Plagiarizing a famous civil rights icon seems a sure fire way to be caught.

But do they even care? People with normal egos would be mortified.

Former Senator and Presidential candidate John Kerry infamously lied during the Winter Soldier Investigations, and made slanderous accusations accusing U.S. troops of raping and torturing women, pillaging villages in Vietnam. He continued the lie for decades.

Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D- Connecticut) lied about serving in Vietnam – he was a Marine reservist who never left U.S. soil.

Joe Biden plagiarized speeches from other politicians many times during his career. But the incident that forced him to drop out of the 1988 presidential race was his shameless plagiarism of British Labour Party leader Neil Kinnock’s very personal story about his ancestors who struggled to make a living in the coal fields of South Wales. Biden shamelessly repeated the story almost word-for-word, simply changing the setting to Pennsylvania, Townhall reported.

Biden even plagiarized his campaign slogan, “Build Back Better,” stolen from the United Nations climate change initiative. He plagiarized in law school, and was forced to admit it. A complete rundown of Biden’s decades of lies and plagiarizing is available here.

The media largely ignored most of his plagiarism, and despite dropping out of the 1988 presidential race, his career continued perked along nicely as he became Barack Obama’s Vice President and is the Presumed 2020 president-Elect.

Kamala and Joe make the perfect team.

If a Republican candidate had ever plagiarized like this, or culturally appropriated speech the way Kamala did, they’d be forced to resign by the media.

Instead, we’re all looking forward to Kamala Harris’s “I have a dream” speech at the inaugural, as the Tweet below hilarious says.

Lying and plagiarizing is what politicians do when they have no original ideology, and need scripting. They tell tall tales when they know that they’ve never really done anything respectable or noteworthy.

It’s what Californians have known all along, going back to her days as San Francisco District Attorney: Kamala Harris is “big hat, no cattle.”

  1. We have to remove her as senator that’s the goal….Along with Chinese Feinstien…..I cannot for the life of me wrap my head around politicians in their 80’s that do not WANT to retire…I guess if I had access to billions and could travel the world on someone else’s dime and have gotten away with crimes for decades I wouldn’t want to retire either…That being said they both need to be put to pasture!!!!

  2. Kamala Harris is an intelligence agency fiction with a constructed identity. She was recruited by the FBI in counterintelligence and was emplaced next to FBI informant Willie Brown as a “Conus Lure” (a honey pot) as part of a sting op. That’s why Brown appointed her to fake-corrupt positions. Kamala Harris isn’t even her real name. She’s from Newbury Park and never grew up in Berkeley. Her sister Maya is lying about her childhood because it’s all a constructed legend. She was shoed in to SF’s DA position in a corrupt election because the National Security State always controls that position – when you look at the military intelligence backgrounds of Gascon and Boudin it’s just so obvious.

  3. Correction she didn’t say she wanted fweedom she actually said we want fweestuff and Kameltoe, Willie Brown gave you the only thing you’ll ever get for free.
