Did Gov. Newsom Really End CA’s COVID-19 State of Emergency?
Three years later, it doesn’t appear the governor is really giving up his emergency powers

Not a moment too soon… Gov. Newsom finally ends California’s COVID-19 State of Emergency.
Or did he?
In a press announcement Tuesday Feb. 28, 2023, he issued a proclamation terminating the state’s COVID-19 State of Emergency, as previously announced in October.
Whew. Sounds good.
But wait! What is this in his statement?
“The state’s SMARTER Plan will maintain California’s operational preparedness to address the next phase of the COVID-19 pandemic and will continue to guide the state’s work to support communities across the state. Additionally, COVID-19 vaccines, testing, and treatment continue to be available at sites within local communities across the state.”
The SMARTER Plan should give you chills, as Newsom’s Covid19.ca.gov website explains:
“The SMARTER Plan is not just for COVID-19. We can use these strategies and systems for future emergencies.”
SMARTER stands for:

- Shots – Vaccines are the most powerful weapon against hospitalization and serious illness.
- Masks – Properly worn masks with good filtration help slow the spread of COVID-19 or other respiratory viruses.
- Awareness – We will continue to stay aware of how COVID-19 is spreading, evolving variants, communicate clearly how people should protect themselves, and coordinate our state and local government response.
- Readiness – COVID-19 is not going away and we need to be ready with the tools, resources and supplies we will need to quickly respond and keep public health and the healthcare system well prepared.
- Testing – Getting the right type of tests—PCR or antigen—to where they are needed most. Testing will help California minimize the spread of COVID-19.
- Education – California will continue to work to keep schools open and children safely in classrooms for in-person instruction.
- Rx – Evolving and improving treatments will become increasingly available and critical as a tool to save lives.
The SMARTER Plan is not just for COVID-19. We can use these strategies and systems for future emergencies. We’ll improve the SMARTER Plan as we learn what works.
Shots, masks, readiness, testing, education of school kids, Rx – Pharma solutions. How is the Covid-19 pandemic over if Gov. Newsom is clinging to his Covid protocols?
The governor makes all kinds of false claims in his press statement to justify his three years of tyrannical policies, at the same time the Capitol media claims 20 Californians a day are still dying of Covid, and not with Covid.
And Newsom boasts, “California administered more than 88 million vaccines,” but no statistics on the millions of Californians who have had serious medical complications from the vaccines, or those who died, as CDC adverse events statistics show, “particularly in male adolescents and young adults:” Myocarditis and pericarditis, Guillain-Barré Syndrome, Thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome, Anaphylaxis.

Newsom didn’t include any information on the 50% of all California restaurants which closed because of the governor’s business lockdowns… Or the businesses still closing after trying to hang on through Newsom’s government-created labor shortage, as he still sends checks to people who don’t feel like going back to work .
California students lost more than one year of learning thanks to Gov. Newsom’s school closures. Friends in Florida report their kids didn’t lose one day of school. And the governor notably omits child mental health – kids are still suffering thanks to his school lockdowns.
Gavin Newsom can’t manage California’s decline, any way he manipulates it.
If you weren’t sure if Gavin Newsom is running for President in 2024, you should be now. The false stats are to bolster his senseless three years of emergency powers.

I don’t think I’d be bragging about forcing people to submit to an experimental vaccine that does not stop transmission or severity of disease but in fact has severe adverse events for healthy people especially males. His SMARTER plan is already outdated. Masks do not work, Newsom will NEVER admit this regardless of the number of photos of him without one during the height of COVID illnesses.

Newsom’s SMARTER plan is STUPID! So many of us are completely fed up with Newsom and the corrupt Democrat party. The only way an obnoxious and arrogant POS like Newsom could get into office and stay there is with Democrat voter fraud?
This guy is such a dumb ass it’s insane. He should have an eye plan for his next Covid outbreak as an ivermectin because it actually helps stop the virus! Also, it’s a great cancer fighting drug just go ahead and go to the NIH website type in ivermectin and cancer and you can read how it actually puts cancer into remission. Thank you dip shit Newsom! Hopefully your Bell’s palsy will act up in your face turns into a wicked ugly face like Nancy Pelosi or Maxine Waters. May your children be cursed with the vaccines you forced out all of us
Wow. What is Gavin trying to do — put the Babylon Bee out of business? I mean, who can parody him when he constantly parodies himself?
So let me get this straight: With the “SMARTER Plan,” which he retains, our wannabe Bond villain of a governor is quadrupling down on Everything-Covid (and beyond). All the policies that have needlessly harmed, disabled, killed, and devastated Californians, he continues to push with gusto. Chilling, for sure. He pretends to drop his “Emergency Powers” for the cameras yet at the same time he is telling us he knows he is a killer and a destroyer and that he DOESN’T CARE. “We’ll improve the SMARTER Plan as we learn what works,” says Gavin, as he sadistically ties us to the rack and starts up the buzz saw.
We’ve known for years that Gavin was never going to sit bolt upright in the middle of the night sobbing and crying out, “What have I done?” Unfortunately for him, though, the sheer NUMBER of those who know and understand what the authoritarian Covid, vaxx, mask, test, etc., narrative has really been all about has likely reached a critical mass and those numbers will only grow as the depths of this cruel deception continue to be revealed. The whole charade is falling apart now.

When Calif K-12 is already in the bottom 5%, how does “declining less than other states” actually work when you only have to go five points before you hit rock bottom?
Exactly.
Newsom is evil and he’s created hell for many Californians. His soul needs to recall him and take him off the earth plane because he’s defective.
At this point, SMARTER plan cements his knowledge of, and willful negligence in ‘Crimes Against Humanity’
Anyone can present (on camera) a notice of liability with all known side affects to anyone promoting or administering the vaxx (hospital, pharmacy, clinics, schools, media….). It’s already been determined that death
and injury rates are determined by ‘Lot No.’ of the vaccine and were sent to specific areas, which I’m sure he’s well aware, so his lauding death rate is moot. California’s ranked at, what is it 35 (out of 50) in education-LOL That’s intentional as well. The fear and trauma they try to instill in children makes them easier to ‘groom’.
It may not seem like it now, but 2023 is our year to be free, and Newsom’s time is almost up… God has ordained it.
