Floating Homes

Division 2, Part 2, Title 2, Chapter 2.7 deals with floating homes. Article 1 concersn general provisions.

Section 800 provides that this chapter is the Floating Home Residency Law. Section 800.1 requires the specified definitions to govern the construction of this chapter.

Section 800.2 defines the term “management.”

Section 800.3 defines the term “floating home.”

Section 800.4 defines the term “floating home marina.”

Section 800.5 defines the term “rental agreement.”

Section 800.6 defines the term “homeowner.”

Section 800.7 defines the term “change of use.”
