Legislative Offices around the State

Legislative offices provided for in this article are to be under the management and control of the Senate Committee on Rules

Section 9100 provides that legislative offices for the use of the Members of the Legislature in the performance of their legislative duties, are to be maintained at all times, and without regard to whether the Legislature is or is not in session, in the State Building in Los Angeles, in the State Building in San Francisco, in San Diego, and in a state building in Alameda County.

Section 9101 requires the legislative offices provided for in this article are to be under the management and control of the Senate Committee on Rules.

Section 9103 requires the Department of General Services to provide suitable office space in the State Building in Los Angeles and in the State Building in San Francisco and in an appropriate building in San Diego County and in a state building in Alameda County for the offices provided for in this article, and provide for the maintenance and upkeep of the same offices.

Section 9104 requires appropriations for the support of the offices provided for in this article to be included in the Budget Bill.
