Turning Point Action Releases ‘Freedom Ticket’ Picks in Arizona, Nevada and New Hampshire

Turning Point Action has announced its 2026 “Freedom Ticket,” a personalized voter guide covering Arizona, Nevada and New Hampshire. Materials reviewed by California Globe detail the organization’s recommendations across the three states, including Andy Biggs for Arizona governor, Joe Lombardo for Nevada governor and Kelly Ayotte for New Hampshire governor. 

In its announcement, Turning Point Action described the Freedom Ticket as a “personalized, easy-to-use down-ballot voter guide” featuring candidates and initiatives that the organization says promote freedom. The group encouraged voters to review their recommendations before November. 

In a post to X on Sep 18^th, Turning Point Action COO Tyler Bowyer wrote,

All they have to do is enter their address and it will produce a top to bottom list of who to vote for in your specific city, precinct, ward or township. An abbreviated Arizona print guide recommends Biggs for governor and Sine Kerr for lieutenant governor, along with Alex Kolodin for secretary of state, Warren Petersen for attorney general, Kimberly Yee for superintendent of public instruction and Elijah Norton for state treasurer. It also recommends Ralph Heap and Kevin Thompson for the Arizona Corporation Commission and Les Presmyk for state mine inspector.

The Arizona legislative slate lists 17 state Senate candidates and 35 state House candidates. Senate selections include Mark Finchem in Legislative District 1, Shawna Bolick in District 2, Wendy Rogers in District 7, and Jake Hoffman in District 15. House recommendations include Pamela Carter and Matt Gress in District 4, David Cook and Walter Blackman in District 7, and Steve Montenegro and James Taylor in District 29. 

Nevada’s print guide recommends Lombardo for governor, Stavros Anthony for lieutenant governor, Jim Marchant for secretary of state, Adriana Guzmán Fralick for attorney general, Andy Matthews for state controller, and Drew Johnson for state treasurer. 

The Nevada guide also lists Jennifer McGrath for Board of Regents District 2, Byron Brooks for District 3 and Pete Goicoechea for District 8. Its legislative recommendations cover nine state Senate candidates and 29 Assembly candidates. Neither abbreviated state print guide includes ballot-measure recommendations. 

A personalized New Hampshire ticket reviewed by California Globe recommends Ayotte for governor, John Sununu for U.S. Senate, and Lily Tang Williams for the 2nd Congressional District. 

The ‘Freedom Ticket’ release operates alongside Turning Point Action’s broader “Chase the Vote” campaign, which aims to increase conservative voter turnout at mailboxes and through in-person engagement. 

As previously reported by the California Globe, TP Action’s scorecards and recommendations featured prominently in Arizona’s 2026 Republican Primary, including public social-media disputes with incumbents such as Arizona State Reps. Nick Kupper (R-Surprise) and Quang Nguyen (R-Prescott Valley) after Kupper questioned the organization’s criticism of Nguyen.
