What Is in California’s Family Code?
The Family Code contains 17 Divisions

The California Family Code is one of 29 Codes that contain state statutes. The Family Code contains 17 Divisions. There are also numerous parts, chapters, and articles containing hundreds of code sections, or individual statutes. The following is a broad overview of the Family Code.

What is California’s family code……..
California’s family code is to systematically destroy the family unit while also profiting on the many
laws and state run program designed to insert the state into our family life.
The people passing new laws daily are not affected by these laws/codes.

The family laws are flawed , one hour a month to visit with your child is supposed to establish a mother-child relationship? Very sad that our Justice system is ‘who you know’ or who your related too! Very bias and wrong ! But who has more power CPS,APS or the Judge? You never get a chance to even prove statements made about you are false , anyone can say anything about you and without proof . Judge believes what’s on the paper and that’s it! This is a flawed system that needs to be changed it’s only hurting the children.
Me and my husband were blessed with our son. Cps came and took him out of school after we followed the written document 10/31/2019
11/07/2019 they took him from school. This boy never has been neglected or abused. We had rough times and he is traumatized still. Case closed. Sean Jr lives with his sister 2 miles away from us and we need help getting him home. We were done so wrong by cps and America family housing program case workers fail to hel us still. Please help us.
