Bringing Back Private Practice: A Fantastic Progress Report

The theme of our first ever midterm Republican National Convention (or pep rally) of September 9-10, 2026, in preparation for the very important upcoming midterm election (November 3, 2026) is loud, clear, and invigorating.  It is COMMON SENSE VS. CRAZY.  Because of the progress we have made so far in President Trump’s second round (47) as commander-in-chief, we may as well call it COMMON SENSE TRUMPS CRAZY.  

The main rallying cry of the runaway liberal Communist “big tent” platform is “MEDICARE FOR All”.  This is very simply a foolish attempt to transform America from a FREE ENTERPRISE medical economy to a Marxist Communist medical economy, from within our borders via government tyranny.  Part of the voting block fueling their hopeful victory is illegal aliens, ushered in by the Biden administration and his porous border policy, and that is lowdown cheating.

I refer you to a coffee klatch (pep rally) from back in 1961 by Ronald Reagan via an LP recording, before he became governor of California, called “Ronald Reagan Speaks Out Against Socialized Medicine”.  Everything Reagan warned us about then has come true now. He stressed that one of the traditional methods of imposing Communism on a free-market system is by way of medicine. He indicated that it is very easy to DISGUISE a medical program as a humanitarian project, and that most people are a little reluctant to oppose anything that suggests medical care for people who possibly can’t afford it. He hit on several topics, including government economy (meaning that our government spends way too much money in comparison to how much they pull in via taxes) and thus the need for limited Constitutional government (rule of law) as opposed to an unbridled exercise of arbitrary and random power leading to unauthorized government spending.   He spoke of fiscal responsibility, and of free enterprise.  He said that majority rule is a fine aspect of a democracy.  However, we need to uphold the built-in guarantees that protect the rights of the INDIVIDUAL and of MINORITIES as defined in THE BILL OF RIGHTS.  He spoke of Social Security and why it was created in the first place back in 1935.  It was designed as government assistance during the Great Depression, a form of savings to keep destitution from following unemployment from death, disability, or old age; but was NEVER meant to supplant private savings, private insurance, or pensions from unions and industries.  He made that very clear!  Social Security was a stop-gap assistance program, a TEMPORARY program to get people back on their feet only, not as a mechanism to make citizens PERMENANTLY sick, weak, and dependent on the government for their housing, food, transportation, medical care, and so forth.  

Four years after the Reagan coffee klatch, Medicare came along in 1965.  Medicare is double-down government control and tyrannical economy busting interference.  And presently, the rallying call of the crazies is “MEDICARE FOR ALL”.  Social Security and Medicare are bankrupting America.  The entitlements are bankrupting America.  You can’t say that Reagan didn’t warn us, and you can’t say that Trump isn’t doing anything about it!  Our deficit is 40 trillion and counting.

We talk of the TRiUMPhant (Trump for short) Derangement Syndrome, or TDS.  Derangement can be defined as disruption of “business as usual”, the mantra of the runaway liberal/Marxist big tent’s social improvement by government action plan.  Those with TDS have developed the ability to become outraged at Trump, an imagined enemy, and then have created ways to be his victims, even though they are INSANELY privileged!  These bitter freedom wreckers are crazed, dazed, deranged, and mad; and it is ours to deliver THE KNOCKOUT BLOW on November 3, 2026, and put them out of their misery.  They will survive quite nicely.

Allow me to explain something about YOU from a doctor’s perspective. YOU are a personal healthcare system. And society is no healthier than the people who make it up.  Thus, if you and the rest of us are healthy, California and America will be healthy.  I posted a paper back in April 2024 at California Globe called “Medi-Cal and Its Deleterious Impact on California Medical Care:  The Cure”.  In it, I define five aspects of holistic good personal health, all necessary for a strong, sharp, upbeat and vital human being (YOU) with an excellent perspective and quality of life.  Those aspects include physical, emotional, Spiritual, financial, and civic health and all are extremely interrelated and dependent on each other for homeostasis.  If anything gets disrupted, you suffer!  Work on these aspects of YOU, and you will be amazed.  It’s called loving discipline of self.  Then you will be ready to help others.

So, if you transform a country into a system containing a majority of upbeat and united people, you end up with a very energetic, upbeat, strong, economically solid, fearless, free, and healthy country.

The doctor-patient connection (DPC) has been blown apart so we can’t see each other.  We need that connection back, for as Dr. Peabody said,… “The secret of the care of the patient is in caring for the patient.” Communist medicine, as defined by Reagan, is in our midst. Two simple adjectives define this present system… “Industrialized” and “Dehumanizing.” 

The goals of our united conservative movement are to cut taxes and regulations to restore proper physician payment in exchange for first class healing services for their patients.  How do we accomplish this process in medicine?  From a doctor’s standpoint, there are at least four evil, concrete regulatory entities we are actively fighting back against and triumphing over, and this is why the Trump administration, and MAGA Republicans have such a terrific progress report.  These entities are pharmaceutical companies, health insurance companies, medical education, and mainstream media.

Governments must not interfere with free enterprise business, because when they do, BIG business recognizes it and always selfishly reacts.  Small, but very effective and CARING businesses, like doctor and patient businesses or intimate connections, do not recognize it, but simply get snuffed out.  There is a definite distinction here.  

The definition of a cartel is as follows: A cartel is a formal association of independent producers or organizations that cooperate (connect) in a secret or unlawful way to deceive or gain advantage over others via exploitation.  Collusion between greedy and careless government regulators and these big, potentially greedy companies serves to allow industry insiders in these companies to write the regulations that will optimize their profits and knock out all the competition!  It’s a win-win for both the government bureaucratic regulators who love power and kickbacks, and the crooked monopoly, making gobs of cash without competition.  This is a regulatory capture connection (RCC).  It can also be called impure or “CRONY” capitalism. Officials from both the government and these exploitative, insincere big companies jump back and forth between crooked government and crooked industry, like musical chairs, and work very well together.  It is a highly unethical and abusive system.  The destroyed DPC is divided by a wall called the RCC.  How do we “tear down that wall” and re-initiate the strong tight-bond DPC?  It is being done now, and that’s why the RNC has brought us this great news, and why we must unhesitantly persevere.

Let’s look at these four regulatory capture connections:

1.  The pharmaceutical RCC.  Presently underway is President Trump’s FAVORED NATION PRICING STRATEGY (called TRUMP Rx) for high-cost medications commonly needed and commonly prescribed for common diseases.  Many high-cost medications are now obtainable for one tenth the price you were paying before.  This is the result of a direct attack on the pharmaceutical cartel.  This is a big win for people who need these medications, and harnessing the greedy pharmaceutical industry is underway and under control.  That is a fantastic piece of news, because the pharmaceutical RCC is systematically being obliterated!
2. The healthcare insurance RCC, also known as Medicare, Obamacare, Medi-Cal, Medicaid, the so called “private insurances”, and on and on, are all subject to the Medicare Resource Based Relative Value Scale (RBRVS) PRICE FIXING LAW passed in 1989 called the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA 1989).  That was the beginning of the end of any meaningful, competent, profitable medical system in America.  Because of the healthcare insurance RCC, there is no such thing as “private healthcare insurance” now.  Not until this law is repealed or made unpopular by private monetary interactions between doctors and patients will we see any improvement in our failing and increasingly dangerous medical system.  President Trump has clearly said that the goal of his administration is to give you and I back the money being stolen from us via taxation and allowing us to purchase our medical care directly from doctors.   Those doctors will begin to establish their own prices and patients will be able to do business with them directly.  This will eliminate the evil and dangerous healthcare insurance RCC, truly a disguised greedy, dehumanizing, industrializing agency ripping you and your doctors off.   An excellent personal savings account, called the Tax-Exempt Medical Savings Account (TEMSA) will guarantee all family members access to their doctors, who will be happy to become profitable once again, not slaves to communists.  The emancipated doctor is a very healthy, excellent quality of life person, as is the emancipated patient.   Concierge medicine is very favorable for outpatient care.  What if we took Dr. Peabody’s strategy (above) back into the hospitals?  What if we completely did away with health insurance and paid cash to our doctors again, even for our in-hospital costs?  The secret of the care of the patient is in caring for the patient!  As a physician, I guarantee you this will work.   Dreary hospitals will transform into hospitable, kind, gentle, empathetic, and easy to navigate hospitals.  The doctors running these facilities will make sure that is the case!  That is ethical private practice, and all the rules and laws of caring defined in the Hippocratic Oath are in full force here.
3. The Medical Education RCC.  As indicated by our HHS Secretary, R.F.K., Jr., during the midterm rally, he is a non-crazy Democrat now with the Republicans.  As a physician, I am exceedingly proud of the work Secretary Kennedy has been doing for a long time in exposing Anthony Fauci, MD for who he really is.  Kennedy spoke up at this convention and let us all know that he is absolutely focused on obliterating the medical research academia RCC of Fauci.  All the fake science years throughout the AIDS epidemic, the germ warfare era between AIDS and COVID, and now the post-Covid era is under his scrutiny.  Fauci, as a public health doctor, the highest paid civil servant in the federal government, has been directing grant money to all the major universities in America for their research work.  He has completely abandoned scientific method and true science and replaced it with fake science.  He has never cared about patients in his entire career.  Fauci is a dangerous monster.   The education of physicians in America today is the result of the academia-government regulatory capture connection, and the poison this combination teaches is outright cruel to both patients and doctors.  It is time to privatize medical education and get the careless eggheads running medical schools out of the picture and replace them and the radical research-medical academia RCC with ethical physicians ALL IN FOR THE PATIENT!  How many medical school commencement exercises and hooding ceremonies do you think Fauci has spoken at?  Do you think he would make a statement like the one Dr. Peabody made to the graduating class at Harvard in 1926 (above), namely “The secret of the care of the patient is in caring for the patient”?  I think not!   
4. Finally, the mainstream media RCC is in the process of being destroyed.  The DOGE findings of Medicaid, Medi-Cal, and Medicare fraud, waste, and abuse are underway.  Bold, Patriotic Angels, like Nick Shirley, Katy Grimes, Sam Shane, and other courageous investigative journalists are exposing the truth about the despicable tyrants, including Gavin Newsom, and showing us just how cruel and heartless these people are.  Honest reporting and free press are the answer here.   The censorship of mainstream media is disgraceful.  Trillions of dollars are at stake that we can take back and invest into a strong free enterprise medical economy.  There is no place for news outlets to lie to us any longer.  And our fraud czar, Vice-President JD Vance vows to hunt these fraudsters down and prosecute them.  That’s great news!   

Many patients have suffered or died because of the failing healthcare system in America today.  Many will continue to die because of rationing and undertrained and undermotivated physicians and undertreated and undermotivated patients until we change the system from communist to free enterprise with a tight-bond doctor patient connection.  It’s that basic.  President Trump needs a strong Republican congress to continue to crush government run healthcare.  It is now up to you and I to make it happen.  With Trump, it can only get better from here!
