CA Democrats Tap Into The Socialist Campaign Machine

California Democrats are paying the same radical firms that built the socialist movement from the ground up

Following the campaign money and policies of California Democrats proves there is very little sunlight between radical socialists/communists like Zohran Mamdani, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, and the Working Families Party. George Whitesides, Dave Min, Randy Villegas and Derek Tran are all tapping into the same campaign infrastructure used by “Democratic Socialists.”

Despite their “moderate” and “progressive” protestations to curry favor with independents and their fractured base, California Democrats are funding and plugged into the socialist machine used by AOC, The Squad, Sanders and Mamdani, with Mamdani campaign veterans helping numerous Democrats to win elections.

In California 22nd District through advertising firm Fight Agency, Villegas attacks both Jasmeet Bains and the seat’s incumbent, Rep. David Valadao, R-Calif., striking the same sort of anti-capitalist, government-dependent populist tone that helped propel Mamdani to success in the New York City primary.

Salon reports:

Some of the operatives who helped state Rep. Zohran Mamdani secure the Democratic nomination for mayor in New York City are fanning out to assist like-minded Democrats in their own races. (emphasis added by The Globe)

That work can be seen in the race to represent California’s 22nd Congressional District, where Randy Villegas, a school board trustee running as a progressive, is facing off in a primary against state Rep. Jasmeet Bains, a centrist Democrat.

In the video, produced by political strategist Morris Katz and his advertising firm Fight Agency, Villegas attacks both Bains and the seat’s incumbent, Rep. David Valadao, R-Calif., striking the same sort of populist tone that helped propel Mamdani to success in the New York City primary.

Rep. Whitesides, who is worth an estimated $35 million, spent over $6.7 million in a single election cycle with Technicolor Political, the same socialist-aligned media shop that helps Democratic Socialists (aka Communists) and the Democratic Congressional Committee amplify their “populist message.”

In a single month, Whitesides cashed in on his stock market trades making nearly $200,000 in one month. Whitesides campaign reports approximately $2 million cash on hand. If Technicolor Political is the production house for America’s far-left movement, Whitesides is one of their biggest California paychecks.

Rush Limbaugh used to refer to politicians like Whiteside as “Limousine Liberals.” With cash and investments worth tens of millions of dollars, Whiteside will not be riding a Mamdani “free” NYC bus anytime soon, but he will ensure that the serfs who elect him will remain dependent on government hand outs. Obviously, Technicolor Political is raking in the cash from the ultra rich, but the irony and hypocrisy seems to get lost when they deposit their fat paychecks.

Rep. Dave Min is using Scale To Win, the digital backbone and vendor that powers the Democratic Socialists’ field operations, the Working Families Party, MoveOn, AOC, and Mamdani. Min has spent over $35,000 on their services.

Numero.AI, is another national hub for the Democratic Socialist radical left, including Derek Tran who has spent nearly $20,000 with AOC’s data and outreach vendor. Difficult to call yourself a mainstream Democrat when your voter file is being run by a company aligned with the radical left.

Lastly, Bumperactive, a progressive print shop based in Austin, TX is also contracted by Mamdani, Omar, Min and Tran.

According to Bumperactives story, “The original, four team-member printshop began with the vision of providing a service-oriented, high-tech, low-cost campaign merch solution for Progressive candidates and causes in a manner in keeping with the Movement’s values. In our first year, we launched the Texas Democrats Webstore, the first Democratic state-party online store in America. Today, Bright Blue Ink administers the official webstores of 38 state Democratic parties (Our Clients). During the 2020 campaign cycle, we had the enormous honor of administering the Biden / Harris webstore, shipping more than 962,000 orders over the cycle — with more than 678,000 of those shipping between August and November. Concurrently, we administered the webstores for 14 Democratic presidential primary candidates, five governor candidates, 25 U.S. Senate candidates and 37 U.S. House candidates.”

California Democrats George Whitesides, Randy Villegas, Dave Min, and Derek Tran aren’t just ideologically aligned with the far-left , they’re financially wired into the same socialist ecosystem that powers Mamdani, AOC, Omar, Tlaib, and the Working Families Party.

If Democrats share Socialist vendors, Democrats share Socialist values. And California Democrats are paying the same radical firms that built the socialist movement from the ground up.

  1. THANK YOU Megan (and Katy) for showcasing the UTTER HYPOCRISY of George Whitesides, the lyin’ limousine liberal who knocked off patriot Mike Garcia, using the tired Democrat bromides and probably also using the Dominion tabulator, as the results were 51.1% to 48.8%, which is (suspiciously) the slim margin of victory that SO MANY races have been determined by in conservative-leaning California districts….
If we were to look at the final election results in the Ventura County and northern LA County districts over the last two decades, I believe we’ll see that this 51/52% Democrat tally will show up time and time again…
Seems ALMOST algorithmic, don’t you think???
