California Democrats Claim Trans ‘Attacks Escalate Nationwide’ as it Celebrates Transgender History Month
What attacks? What loss of rights and freedoms?

Assemblyman Matt Haney (D- San Francisco) led the California Legislature in celebrating Transgender History Month Monday, “as transgender people continue to face escalating attacks on their rights and freedoms across the country.”
What attacks? What loss of rights and freedoms?
Haney referenced the August 1966 Compton’s Cafeteria Riot, is considered one of the first acts of militant queer resistance against police harassment, particularly by transgender individuals and drag queens.
1966? It took until 2017 when San Francisco established the world’s first legally recognized Transgender Cultural District – and then Transgender History Month in 2023.
Here is what Assemblyman Haney says:
“California became the first state in the nation to officially recognize August as Transgender History Month in 2023, following a resolution authored by Haney. The designation was created in response to a growing national effort to erase transgender people from public life and falsely portray transgender identity as something new.
“For generations, transgender people have lived, worked, built communities and fought for their rights in California,” Haney said. “That history deserves to be recognized and celebrated, especially at a time when others are trying to erase it.”
In 2023, the California Senate held a LGBTQ recognition ceremony in honor of LGBTQ month, coordinated with Senate Resolution 33 by Sen. Susan Eggman (D-Stockton), proclaiming June 2023 as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ+) Pride Month.
The Senate honored the notorious trans “nun” Sister Roma from the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence group, after the ridiculous controversy with the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Dodgers had invited The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence to receive an award in an on-field ceremony at Pride Night. When that did not sit well with many Dodgers fans – especially Catholics – the Dodgers disinvited the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, but then reinvited them, resulting in the pro-baseball team earning the title, “Bud Light of Baseball,” the Globe reported.
The Senate ceremony honoring the accomplishments of the trans nuns devolved into Democrats showing their virtue, claiming that the LGBTQ community is unsafe, has no freedoms, live in danger, are victims, and are harmed… because of right wing extremists.
Sen. Nancy Skinner (D-Berkeley) said right wing extremists are “trying to undo LGBTQ rights.”

Sen. Josh Becker (D-Menlo Park) said “rising homophobia and transphobia coincides with antisemitism and white supremacy.” That was a head-scratcher.
Sen. Lena Gonzalez (D-Long Beach) claimed parents at her daughter’s elementary school who protested “Trans Day of Visibility” were bigoted, and that a trans friend told her “You have no idea what it is like to have your rights stripped away.” What rights? Sen. Gonzalez did not elaborate.
Sen. Wiener again blamed “right wing extremists” and “bigoted extremists” for tearing down Target displays [over the girls bathing suits for trans kids with a “tuck-friendly” pouch for male genitalia]. Yes, those parents who now refuse to shop at Target are real extremists.
Sen. Wiener said the “political attacks actually harm the lives of real human beings. Real people are harmed because of executive orders.”
“These are families just trying to raise their kids,” he said, and spoke of “the violence that always flows from this hateful rhetoric.”
Political “attacks.” Unless you buy in 100% to the agenda, you are guilty of “political attacks” and “hateful rhetoric.”
Trans people are a very small population – roughly 0.5% in the U.S. The left claims they experience higher average victimization rates in multiple studies. However, absolute numbers of fatal anti-trans violence remain relatively low compared to overall U.S. homicide figures, and some recent tallies show declines rather than sharp rises, according to the UCLA Williams Institute.
However, high-profile mass shootings by trans individuals highlight the mental health issue the left refuses to address – Nashville 2023, Minneapolis church 2025, and 2026 incidents in Canada and Rhode Island.
The Globe remembers when “gender dysphoria” was the legitimate psychological term referring to the “psychological distress that results from an incongruence between one’s sex assigned at birth and one’s gender identity.”
“Attacks” is a common description in leftist advocacy coverage of restrictions on youth medical transitions, women-only bathrooms and locker rooms, and women-only in women’s sports.
Opposition to ever expanding intrusive gender policies see this as protecting women’s and girl’s bathrooms and locker rooms, evidence-based medicine, and free speech rather than as attacks on people.
“Anti-trans attacks,” and “attacks on trans people,” or “transphobia” have been broadened beyond physical or sexual violence to include verbal expressions, general opposition, and pushback on medical interventions.
The referenced “attacks” are overwhelmingly a mix of restrictive laws and policies, tracked hate incidents, and political rhetoric rather than a nationwide wave of physical assaults uniquely surging in absolute terms.
Victimization disparities exist and are documented, as do debates over policy trade-offs, and data interpretation, but claiming “transgender people continue to face escalating attacks on their rights and freedoms” is irresponsible hyperbole, and a continued attempt to legislatively normalize it in schools, sports, and state policy.

Sigh, as usual, and by design, California voters have no choice. Both candidates for Pelosi’s seat are idiots like the mayoral candidates in LA. Weiner’s over the top obsession with all things sexual is repulsive.
This obsession with everything transgender is just bizarre. If someone told me 20 years ago that the Democrats would make transgenderism a hallmark of their party, I would have told them they were crazy. Now it is the Democrats who are crazy.
And this just in the Western Journal today while Democrat dufuses like Wiener celebrate of Trans History Month.
“A mother and two men who identify as women have been charged in the gruesome Aug. 6 death of a 7-year-old boy. The three face murder and child endangerment charges for what a homicide detective called “probably one of the most disturbing cases of child abuse” he’d seen over 21 years. The child was reportedly tortured with water and fire, and also suffered repeated beatings, some of which were to the back of the head. ‘We believe the child was choked underwater, held underwater for a long period of time,’ the detective noted.”
There is nothing to celebrate.
As a radical leftist Democrat from San Francisco, Assemblyman Matt Haney must be shamelessly pandering to the City’s radical leftist LBTQ+++ alphabet rainbow mafia when he ludicrously tried to claim that transgender people continue to face escalating attacks on their rights and freedoms across the country? If anything, it’s crazed transsexuals who are escalating attacks on innocent people having committed so many of the horrific mass shootings in the past few years. Sadly many transsexuals have been driven to violent madness after being disfigured with transsexual surgeries and pumped up with harmful hormones and chemicals?
Democrat Assemblyman Matt Haney is also the author of AB 2017 that would add the Muslim holidays of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha to California’s list of official state holidays. It’s curious why Assemblyman Matt Haney would author such a bill when he claims to be Jewish? Upon taking his oath of office in May 2022, Matt Haney became the 19th member of the California Democrat Legislative Jewish Caucus. Assemblyman Matt Haney and the rest of the Democrat Legislative Jewish Caucus have done absolutely NOTHING to stop antisemitic attacks that have occurred at California’s publicly funded educational institutions. In fact, the Democrat Legislative Jewish Caucus released released a statement backing Gov. Gavin Newsom in a billion-dollar battle tied to the Trump administration’s crackdown on antisemitism at UCLA.
Instead of condemning the blatant anti-Jewish discrimination and antisemitism attacks at California’s publicly funded public schools and college campuses, Democrat Assemblyman Matt Haney is spouting off about transgenderism and proposing new state holidays for Muslims. What kind of Jew is Matt Haney? Maybe he’s just a radical leftist and deep state globalist who pretends to be Jewish for fund raising purposes?
The NY Post reported on August 9th that a transgender American from San Francisco who fled the US in a huff at President Trump’s reelection has been forced to return home to escape a notorious European asylum center admitting that leaving was “the dumbest thing I’ve ever done.” Software engineer Jane-Michelle Arc, 48, returned home to California after failing to win asylum in the Netherlands and discovering life in the notorious Ter Apel refugee camp was far more terrifying than anything under Trump’s America.
Before returning, Arc gave numerous interviews decrying the conditions at the camp specifically referring to anti-trans hostility from other asylum seekers, most from Syria, Eritrea, Somalia, Turkey, Algeria and Morocco. The area around the camp, the largest in the Netherlands, was declared a safety risk zone following a series of stabbings and fights, according to a letter from the Dutch government reported by NL Times.
“It is too dangerous to walk to the grocery store because of the people that live in the camp,” Arc previously conceded. “You see these guys in yellow vests, they actually wear them because there are so many stabbings.”
Arc returned to the US last month but quickly went back to complaining. “America is really, really loud and overwhelming. And everything is so expensive,” Arc wrote in a post shortly after returning to the US.
Democrat Assemblyman Matt Haney needs to take note of Jane-Michelle Arc’s experience and admit that things are pretty good for transsexuals in the US. Of course Haney never do that being a radical far left deep state globalist.

Democrat Senator Josh Becker is an another fake Jew and deep state globalist who whines about nebulous homophobia and transphobia while blaming nonexistent “white supremacy” instead of condemning the real and blatant anti-Jewish discrimination and antisemitism attacks that has occurred at California’s publicly funded public schools and college campuses. How did Becker get elected in California’s 13th senatorial district which has a miniscule Jewish population and a large Asian and Hispanic population? No doubt Democrat voter fraud and rigged voting machines helped install Becker into office?
It’s funny how many mass shootings have been hystericaly reported in the media as being perpetrated by white supremacists only to have the coverage abruptly stop – then for a long time to pass before it’s revealed that the shooter was a freakshow cross dresser with newly fabricted genitalia.
Transgender history MONTH??? And our Veterans get one day. Shame on the pro trans community and our government that supports this crap.
