‘Mediscare’ and the Low Information Voter: A Call to Action

The number one objective in my remaining time living on this earth is to develop a medical and surgical system that is readily accessible for every citizen, that is passionate in making you well and keeping you well, that is God centered, safe, satisfying, profoundly affordable, easily navigable, productive, profitable, unbiased, and unique in this world.

Such a system requires two people. The doctor and the patient. We can handle this, but to do so we must be informed, convinced, involved, and unified.

Here is a problem that we must solve. Every time I utter the word Medicare, I am met with rejection, be it a conservative or liberal old person.  When I tell people my own experience of having been tortured by the pathetic re-imbursement of Medicare, people become irritated.  When I tell them that’s the reason I left the profession, they say …” I know doctor, and I feel sad for you.  Medicare works out nicely for me”.

Well, here is a sad truth regarding human behavior in a proud, prosperous, privileged society, bloated with money and credit.  People become lazy and complacent, and they rationalize and become egocentric.  Then, they vote their paycheck when it comes to medical things, because they are told that medical things are way too expensive.  It’s kind of a hypnotic, selfish state.  To vote your paycheck in this particular situation is a dangerous maneuver, as I hope to define in this paper.

When it comes to Medicare, I have been on both sides of the bedrail, both as a surgeon and as a patient.  It is no fun. In fact, it is destructive, discouraging, depressing, painful, bankrupting and downright scary!  Yes, Medicare is a corrupt, incompetent agency full of fools that do not know how to run a business, in particular a medical business!  They have no clue as to what they are doing, and they don’t know that they don’t know what they are doing.  We’ve got to fix it, or soon we will collapse and die, doctor and patient alike.  We are essentially ON OUR OWN NOW!  WE NEED TO WAKE UP!

My diagnosis regarding the agency called Medicare is that our entire electorate is made up of “low information voters”, people sleepwalking in a state of wokeness.  They cling to the lure of leisure and easy living and easy healing offered by the promoters of Medicare.  Their naïve choices allow our out-of-control incompetent and corrupt government to care for all of us and our medical needs.  It’s called socialized medicine friend, and it doesn’t work. It never works. 

Our crooked government never helps us working stiffs; it only hurts us.

Did you know that Medicare, which originated in 1965, is a law that mandates that every citizen age 65 and over in America must enroll in this out-of-date, broken healthcare insurance plan?  And if we don’t, you and I will be penalized and punished until we do?  That is a bad law, and it is ruining our country.  Our seniors (including me) are a bunch of cranky, old spoiled brats, now calling on our kids and grandkids to pay for all the things we should be paying for! The kids are beginning to figure it out, because it’s all wrong.  And our kids watch as we sit around with a horrible work ethic. Is that a good look?

Did you know that Medicare is a supplement to Social Security, a form of savings that originated 91 years ago back in 1935, by our federal government?  Social Security was developed by President Franklin D. Roosevelt to combat widespread poverty among older Americans due to The Great Depression. All of this means is that Medicare is funded out of your monthly Social Security payment and it has been this way since 1965, and that is draconian.

The traditional doctor-patient relationship, or financial arrangement, or “deal” is called a free-enterprise deal. It requires the doctor to name the price for the service and for the patient to agree.  The other terms in the arrangement are also agreed upon and performed.  The treatment is rendered, the patient is cured, the doctor is paid, and both walk away satisfied!  America today is very wealthy, and we clearly don’t need to combat widespread poverty. Quite to the contrary.  That is the miracle of free enterprise.

Yes, it has been 91 years since the initiation of Social Security, and yes, the doctor-patient business deal has long since defeated the widespread post-depression poverty for which Social Security was initiated.  Since we are an insanely prosperous nation, why do we still need Social Security?  Why do we continue to entitle many people in this country with Social Security, considering that we all know we have the responsibility to carry our own freight?  Answer: We are being played.  Social Security was NEVER intended to be a substitute for private savings!  A mean and lean Social Security system needs to scrutinize elderly people to be sure they weren’t just being lazy spend thrifts in their earlier years.  That’s on them, NOT THE TAXPAYERS!

For that matter, why do we need Medicare?  It is to feed and fuel our out of control, glutenous government; democrats, republicans, and deep state alike!  They want to control us, own us, abuse us, and ruin us and our economy!  More government isn’t the answer, it’s the problem.  These incompetent, corrupt losers will never be content, even when there is nothing left.  It is a battle from within.  You could say that our debt service of 40 trillion dollars and the insane unfunded liability of Social Security (which will never be satisfied in a million years) is driving us into a super depression that will allow China to pick us off like a flea! 

Social Security has become a breach of our National Security!

 That is a pernicious paradox, and we had better wake up. In other words, Social Security/Medicare was designed and initiated to help people out of poverty and wasn’t even necessary because of the free market, and now it is being used to drive us into poverty! Our government is crooked, crooked, crooked. 

Medicare weaponizes their bludgeoned government slaves, the low information doctors of socialized medicine!  The tyrants order these government clerks to DISABLE citizens that are ABSOLUTELY able-minded and able-bodied lazy fakes, dependent on a thief and a killer, namely our out-of-control government. But do you blame them? That’s a hard bribe to pass up. It’s the BRIBER in this case, not the BRIBED, who needs to be stopped. Those slave doctors need to be working for you and I, not the government. We need to teach them and nudge them and FREE THEM UP to join us! We need to enlighten them about the benefits of a strong work ethic which includes fantastic profit, fulfillment, appreciation, and a desire to deliver delicate, high attention to detail treatment to every single patient they meet. They would treat every single patient as they would want to be treated!  That is high-quality medicine, and the standard of care achievable in every city in America.

The function of our government is actually very limited on the basis of our founding and our miraculous God inspired Constitution; namely to protect our borders from foreign invasion, for protecting our domestic borders (our businesses, our property, and each other, from trespass and violation by thieves and killers), and to keep our national economy in balance. It is also their job to provide just courts, secure prisons that see to it that criminals are properly punished, and excellent police forces and a strong military. Is that too much to ask of our government? I don’t think so! Why do we pay these bureaucrats so much money to do so few of the important things, yet pay them massive amounts of money to do the corrupt things they do?  

Allow me to define “free medical enterprise”, as it pertains to the doctor and the patient.  But be aware that this definition leaks over into ANY industry in America, from a mom and pop grocery store to a plumber, to a college professor, to a real estate broker, to a lawyer, and on and on.  This is universal to ALL Americans.

“Free medical enterprise” is freedom of private doctor and patient business to organize and operate for profit, in a competitive system, WITHOUT interference by government beyond regulation necessary to protect public interest and keep the national economy in balance!

Our national and by default California and by default Sacramento governments are an abject failure when it comes to the very basic responsibilities we assign them.   They do not understand how to handle our tax dollars. They do not understand the limits of constitutional power but instead exercise unbridled arbitrary and random power because of their insatiable desire for more, and we let them get away with it.  They steal our tax dollars and ruin our industries.

They cunningly add to or subtract from our laws with their addendums instead of observing those laws as they swore to do in their oath of office!  Worst of all, they don’t stop bad laws when they become obsolete as we see with Social Security and Medicare above.  We needed to change those laws many years ago.  

Governor Gavin Newsom will soon be on the hot seat the way Anthony Fauci was in D.C. Just remember the expression on Fauci’s face, as all the disastrous results of his evil were retold recently. Now we know the true colors of this pathetic government owned medical clerk. Just think about that for a minute.  

As you are hearing repeatedly, our federal government is just beginning to divulge the Medicare fraud, waste, and abuse of Newsom they have identified via DOGE, the tip of the ice berg. There are lots of NGO’s he’s messing around with. What goes around comes around. His cheating, and ruining our work ethic, and his ridiculous porous border policy is costing us trillions, even here in California. It is completely chaotic, and it needs to end!

It is my hope that this information will bolster the beliefs of all the low-information voters and bring you into our camp. Those who claim that Social Security/Medicare must live up to their promise to pay for their selfish existence must recognize that Social Security/Medicare is long since bankrupt!  There is no reason to vote for more Social Security/Medicare, except to enhance and propagate the entitled hissy fit spoiled brat status of lazy people, young and old! Why be miserable?

But realize that there is still magnificent hope!  Just watch what happens when you join us in the free enterprise arena. Just watch the miracle of free enterprise take off like a rocket when you make deals with your doctors. You will find excellent and very affordable medical care from here on out. It doesn’t matter how much you rely on Medicare and Social Security now. Doctors making an adequate living would be happy to respectfully provide you with pro bono services. I guarantee it! And wait until you see the massive number of highly competitive jobs around the corner as the manufacturing boom of President Trump unfolds!

In previous articles, I have touted the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), the longest existing organization in America (since 1943!) that advocates for private practice medicine. It is made up of ethical private practice physicians, all dedicated to providing you with the best, safest, and most affordable medical care in world history!  AAPS is the source of massive wisdom.  They strive for the small business model, for transforming medical education, no longer carrying out medical research or running our hospitals and medical schools under the leadership of Dr. Fauci!  AAPS is for ending electronic medical billing as we know it, and in repealing HIPAA!  They want FOR profit hospitals, administrated by DOCTORS.  That immediately blows away EMTALA and bias!  They want to re-introduce informed consent, revitalize the Hippocratic Oath, and clean up every state medical board in America.  Most of all, AAPS knows how to crank out caring, efficient, courageous and powerful doctors.   Their wisdom in this arena is untouched.  They are way ahead of the curve!  They will help us.  Please, let’s get them involved in our California problems, and help the rest of our wonderful nation!  Check them out at aapsonline.org.

In closing, the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) are thundering out the cornerstone demand of their platform …” MEDICARE FOR ALL”!  They are building up steam, and the liberals of America are getting desperate and getting under their tent.  Even Governor Newsom is checking in with them!    Are the low information voters under that tent now tempted to vote for more Medicare?  How many neo-cons and RINO’s in the Republican establishment would be tempted to go along to get along with “business as usual”?   How many Trump haters would be tempted?   NONE OF THEM if they can be persuaded to become ADEQUATE information voters.

Dr. Abdul El-Sayad is the 41-year-old medical doctor who will be taking a shot at a Michigan senate seat in less than three months. He appears confident, well-spoken and passionate about his chances of getting in there. Nothing will hold him back from a run for President in 2028 if we don’t stop him.

His cry out for “Medicare For All” is troubling, based on what you have read above, I hope! If I were to sit down in a room with just him and me present, I believe that some “cross-generational wisdom” regarding Medicare offered to this DSA standard-bearer would entice him to join our cause.  Same goes for you if you had a chance to sit down with this young silly radical.  

So, you can see why it is so important for you and I, as ADEQUATELY informed voters, to take on the responsibility to get all the Gen-z and millennials gathering around Dr. El-Sayad, Mayor Mamdani in New York, Francesca Hong, the DSA gubernatorial candidate in Wisconsin, and other low information voters and advocates, and let them know what we know so they won’t make a senseless move and vote for more Medicare. It will be to their financial benefit and quality of life if they join us.  They will be able to clobber their student loans, buy a house, raise a family, get a great job, start going to church, and so forth!  What healing that will be, for all of us!

That’s where you and I come in. This is a CALL-TO-ACTION right now!  We can handle this!  Our UNIFIED response to the DSA? “MEDISCARE NO MORE”. Let’s put Medicare on the shelf and initiate charity for those people in this country who TRULY need it. Let’s get our economy in balance! Let’s start making things and providing great service to our fellow Americans instead of being mandated to giving it away to lazy, sick, entitled fools and ruining our economy and our way of life!

Just watch what will happen to the behavior of your doctors. They will instantly transform from weaponized robotic, amoral physician “disablers” to weaponized ethical physician “enablers”, doctors that encourage and help sick people get back to work in the labor force, ASAP! Those are the kind of people who are making America healthy again. That isn’t a pipe dream.  So, let’s have at it.
