Arizona Congressman Abe Hamadeh (R) has publicly accused the “Seditious Six” for emotionally blackmailing active-duty military members and charging Democratic lawmakers of wanting U.S. troops to “hesitate before protecting the American people.” Referring to the Democrats actions as “Reprehensible.”
By suggesting there “could” be severe consequences for carrying out undefined “unlawful” orders, the "Seditious Six" are emotionally blackmailing our active-duty personnel
They want them to hesitate before protecting the American people

Last week, the Department of War, led by Secretary Pete Hegseth, announced it is reviewing “serious allegations of misconduct” against Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ) that may result in court-martial proceedings after he and five other Democratic lawmakers urged the military to defy President Donald Trump’s orders as Commander in Chief of the military and their chain of command. The FBI and Department of Justice have opened inquiries and scheduled interviews with the lawmakers involved.
Joining Senator Kelly in the viral video were Democratic Reps. Maggie Goodlander (NH), Jason Crow (CO), Chris Deluzio (PA), Chrissy Houlahan (PA) and Democratic Senator Elissa Slotkin (MI). “You can refuse illegal orders,” or “You must refuse illegal orders,” they said, adding, “Don’t give up the ship.”

The video reminded members of the armed forces of their oath to the Constitution under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, emphasizing the duty to disobey unlawful commands that violate the law or Constitution. Key excerpts include:
- “Americans trust their military, but that trust is at risk. This administration is pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens.”
- “Like us, you all swore an oath to protect and defend this Constitution. Right now, the threats coming to our Constitution aren’t just coming from abroad but from right here at home.”
Following the release of the scripted video, President Donald Trump ignited a major controversy by accusing six Democratic lawmakers—dubbed the “Seditious Six” by his supporters—of committing “seditious behavior.”
Trump, in a series of posts on Truth Social, called for their arrest, trial, and imprisonment, while stating that sedition is “punishable by DEATH.”
On November 21, during a Fox News Radio interview, Trump walked back the intensity slightly: “I’m not threatening death, but I think they’re in serious trouble. In the old days, it was death. That was seditious behavior.” President Trump insisted the Democrats had broken the law by undermining the chain of command.
The six democratic members of congress–all military or intelligence veterans–have used their time in the spotlight to fundraise for their respective seats, with Senator Kelly as the top recipient of ActBlue donations. ActBlue, a democratic fundraising juggernaut, is reportedly also under investigation for alleged fraud and processing illegal foreign donations.
When pressed by the media, the “Seditious Six” could not provide specifics related to their claims that President Trump has violated the constitution as Commander in Chief. On Face The Nation, Senator Kelly said he will “not be intimated” by President Trump and doubled down on his calls for the military to defy orders, expressing his concern over U.S. military strikes against Venezuelan boats trafficking narcotics.
In response to the military strikes against, Democrats are now accusing the President and Secretary Hegseth of “war crimes.”
Today, California Congressman Ted Lieu, vice chairman of the House Democratic Caucus, told reporters: “I served on active duty as a JAG for four years, and then an additional 21 years in the reserves. And let me be very clear: Killing shipwrecked survivors is a war crime. The Department of Justice must conduct an investigation into the war crime and hold all of those accountable — including Sec. Hegseth. He allegedly said, ‘Kill them all,’” Lieu continued. “If the Trump administration does not hold the people accountable, I guarantee you a future administration will do so. Because there is no statute of limitations for war crimes.”
At the White House, Caroline Leavitt pushed back in her response to reporters, “Admiral Bradley worked well within his authority and the law to ensure the boat was destroyed and the threat to the United States of America was eliminated.”

All six of them need to be put in jail. This is a shot across the bow for a future Democrat Coup d’état. This must be dealt with swiftly and forcefully.
