Former Swalwell Staffer Says Congressman & Gubernatorial Candidate, Sexually Assaulted Her Many Times
Even Adam Schiff is retracting his endorsement of Eric Swalwell

What a cesspool Washington D.C. is.
A new San Francisco Chronicle article published Friday titled “Former staffer says Rep. Eric Swalwell, candidate for California governor, sexually assaulted her,” tells a multi-year sordid tale of a young female Congressional staffer working for Swalwell, “who had multiple sexual encounters with him while he was her boss. She alleges he twice sexually assaulted her when she was too intoxicated to consent.
It is mind-blowing in that every sexual encounter she allegedly had with Swalwell, she was blackout drunk, painting Swalwell as a total predator.
The reporters don’t name the young woman, but did talk to friends of hers who corroborated what she had told them at the time.
“The woman said Swalwell began pursuing her within weeks after she was hired at age 21 to work in the Democrat’s district office in Castro Valley in 2019. Swalwell messaged her on Snapchat, she said, sending images of his genitals and seeking nude pictures of her in return.”
This was six years ago. She said she didn’t report Swalwell to the police because she was afraid they would not believe her.

“She said Swalwell, who is married and 17 years her senior, tried to kiss her in her car when she drove him home from a donor meeting one night. Driving him to another event weeks later, she said Swalwell pulled out his penis in the car and asked her to perform oral sex on him. She said she did so in a parking lot.”
“In September 2019, the woman said, Swalwell invited her out for drinks and she became so severely intoxicated that she does not remember the rest of the night. She said she woke up naked in Swalwell’s hotel bed and could feel the effect of vaginal intercourse. She said Swalwell distanced himself from her afterward and the relationship faded.”
The woman texted a friend three days later that she was “sexually assaulted” by Swalwell. She wrote in a series of messages reviewed by the Chronicle that she had “blacked out” but “woke up once during it and even told him to stop at one point.”
She encounters Swalwell five years later at a 2024 charity gala where Swalwell was honored.
“The woman, who no longer worked for Swalwell, said they met for drinks afterward, during which she became so inebriated that she only remembers snippets of the night, including pushing Swalwell away and telling him, ‘No,’ while he allegedly forced himself on her.”
Only a predator would continue to go back for more sex knowing this woman drank to blackout intoxication every time. Sadly, this young woman was easy prey.
After many sexual encounters with Swalwell in which she describes being severely intoxicated every time, “She said she texted with Swalwell perhaps a dozen times in the last two years, including about a job offer to work on his gubernatorial campaign earlier this year, which she said she turned down.”
This is so sad. Why would she continue to text her sexual abuser? For career opportunities? I really don’t get it. Women who have been sexually assaulted usually run the other way from their abusers, even at the expense of their own careers. Instead, she texted with him.
Is this what young women think they have to do for upward mobility in D.C.?
I think Swalwell is a total dishonest lowlife, but I find the timing of all of these allegations suspect. He has been in Congress since 2019. Supposedly Swalwell’s sexual proclivities were a well-known DC secret. If so, it shows once again what a cesspool Washington D.C. and Congress is.
None of this would be happening or would have come to light if the Democrat Machine wanted to keep Swalwell in the game.

Swalwell isn’t being accused because of any truth to the allegations, otherwise it would be buried. Swalwell’s getting the knife because of something else that sunlight would damage the overall leftist narrative.

There is the possibility that the democrats are burning Swalwell because California has the jungle primary and two republicans are in the to two slots – Swallwel can’t win the election and he’s siphoning the votes off someone they think can win if he wasn’t in the way – a lesson California republicans never seem capable of learning as they practically field dozens of candidates who refuse to step aside election after election after election. They did it with other means, but they shoved un-re-electable Biden out of the way in favor of Kamala, and they burned Bernie Sanders for Hillary Clinton. Swalwell’s figurative burning at the stake has nothing to do with sexual misconduct.
Swalwell is no longer of value to his fellow demorat cohorts. I know people think this may be a Republican smear campaign as dum,dum Swalwell has been alluding but this is an inside job. The FBI investigation just may have uncovered his partners in crime (CCP friendly politicans) who may or may not be currently involved in California politics. So now they have to give the appearance of disassociation. I think Eric Swalwell should have been disqualified long ago, mainly for not living in his district and participating the Russia Gate nonsense!
I do not want to victim shame but Katy brings up a great point the young lady keeps in contact with her abuser? Hmmm. Kinda like what The First Partner of California, CRazy EYes, Jenny from the burbs Maybe Jennifer Newsom has an inside answer for that.

Why did the Democrat Machine wait until now to force Swalwell out of the running? Who are they planning to be their new front runner in his place? Katie Porter? Tom Steyer? Xavier Becerra? Matt Mahan?
It won’t be good for California who ever it is?
Politcians tend to be wrapped up with that three pointed pyramid of money, sex and power – get any two and the third jumps into place all by itself. So about those Republican politicians on capital hill who vote against common sense legislation that Trump supports? It might be because they forget that cameras might be anywhere they may go and for anything they do, or they have their hands in an ilicit money pot (rhymes with honeypot) that they can be ratted out on. Nearly all of them can be blackmailed, in my estimation.
I’ve seen stories that alluded to a dark culture of opportunities that are presented to legislators in DC that creates blackmailable situations for politicians living apart from their families, so you’re probably on the right track….
The days of “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington” are long gone, and I sense the culture is now much dirtier…
Swalwell is an abject idiot, but up until now he’s been a usefull idiot. There’s a saying that the third reich nazi political machine was wide open to all who would serve without shame… the night of the long knives notwithstanding, which was much like a communist purge… and cadre Swalwell is getting a one man purge. Charges of sexual offense is just a democrat tool, like allegations of racism, misogyny and such are tools. Because, sexual offense among democrats are meaningless in the normal course of their usual affairs and even encouraged in the case of grooming, child molestation, invading women’s spaces and maybe even bestiality, which seems to be not far from the guy who wears a dog mask with a collar and leash – which gives a whole new meaning to “doggy style.”
Instead of eliminating no longer useful agents the old fashioned way, a bullet to the back of the head, the now communist democrat movement throws out thickly plastered accusations of sex crimes and lays it on thick with epic levels of exaggeration. This reduces the subject to the level of despised outcast and the object lesson whips the rest of the democrat mob into shape.
