In the short span of just two weeks, Congressman Kevin McCarthy (R-Tulare) has released a first, a second and now a third video bashing Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi (D-San Francisco) over her lack of support for a southern border wall.
McCarthy, who is a staunch conservative and strong border wall proponent has already introduced a border wall bill into the House that would fully fund the wall. Now, in what appears to be an increased effort to gain public support, he continues his motto; “build the wall, enforce the law.”

Taking a much more direct aim at Representative Pelosi, this video includes a clip of her saying “a more serious structure may be necessary, where fencing will do, or mowing the grass.” McCarthy’s clear goal of the video is to portray weakness stemming from the Democratic Party as leaders such as Pelosi and others have failed to come up with a more sound solution.
Staffers from McCarthy’s D.C. office were able to confirm to the California Globe that these videos are not related to McCarthy’s current campaign.
It should be noted that both McCarthy and Pelosi are each party’s current favorites for next Speaker of The House, based on who controls the majority after November. Border Security is far from the only issue the two rivals disagree on.
