Operation Epic Fury 2.0

HIPAA is an instrument of evil, not of privacy

By Patrick Wagner, MD, April 15, 2026 12:04 pm

Psalm 145:17 The lord is righteous in all His ways and kind in all His deeds.

There is an excellent daily devotional by pastor and author Dr. Robert Jeffress called Pathway Magazine which I saw the other day and wanted to share with you.  It’s April 10, 2026, and it’s called “God’s Undeniable Wisdom”.

In it he says “There is a difference between knowledge and wisdom. People can have lots of knowledge and not an ounce of wisdom. We call these people educated fools. It is a terrible thing to have a lot of knowledge and not know how to apply it.”

Jeffress goes on to say that it’s worse yet to have lots of knowledge but to apply it in an evil way. As an example, he says the reason we are nervous about insurance companies having access to our medical records is that we fear what they might do with that knowledge: raise our insurance premiums and cancel our insurance policies. He goes on to point out that we are fearful about people’s knowledge leading them to do what is evil, but we never have to worry about that with God. And that is because God knows everything and He has the ability and goodness to use that knowledge for good.  Jeffress fashioned his devotion after the Bible verse at the beginning of this paper.

Upon reading that daily devotional, I recalled the notion of HIPAA, the “Health Insurance PORTABILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY Act,” signed into law back in 1995 by President Bill (Slick Wille) Clinton! From the beginning and until today, we have been told that HIPAA is a privacy thing, but truthfully, it is a very, very public thing. It is yours and my medical and financial disclosure (condition) laid bare and digitally forwarded to the government as parts of the modern-day billing process of American healthcare insurance.  The government then uses this knowledge and information as they see fit.

In essence, the government has deceitfully and intentionally gained lots of knowledge about you and me, both medical and financial, and has applied that knowledge in a very wicked way.  HIPAA is an instrument of evil, not of privacy. And that, my friends, is a HUGE conflict of interest.

So, looking back to Dr. Jeffress’ fears, which many of us recognize (both raising our insurance premiums and cancelling our insurance policies), we have cause for concern. I am sure you agree with me that our government is a vicious charlatan (both sides of the aisle) when it comes to stealing money meant for the treatment of patients and then applying that confiscated money into places where it doesn’t belong. The result is that the quality of our medical system is decimated, and rationing of mediocre healthcare is evidenced by negligence, carelessness, abuse, and literal death of patients by unmotivated, unconcerned, undedicated, robotic healthcare workers.

It now becomes our responsibility to discover where this money has been diverted to and why it was diverted there. When the government gets greedy and behaves as if it is more important than it really is, it becomes an undesirable and unwelcome player in the free-market system and unlawfully exceeds its contractual obligations with We the People.  We have found this out in the medical system, and what we are finding out is contemptable.

It is said in the drag racing world that “horsepower costs a lot of money.” You could just as easily say that the world of politics costs a lot of money. Thus, big power costs a lot of money. What would happen if the evil, big, out of line government were to identify our personal medical and financial condition and then apply it against us in a very wicked way, by stealing our money and killing us as they see fit?

In the world of football, there is a process called “getting your bell rung.”  To me, it used to say… “I just got hit by a guy that is very tough and that has made my thinking a little ding-a-ling.  I have entered the adversity zone.  It doesn’t feel good and it’s going to be hard work, but my job, for the remainder of this contest is to repeatedly ring his bell and expose him as a loser and win.” And quoting the amazing Vince Lombardi, “Winning isn’t everything: it’s the only thing.” He also said… “Winning isn’t everything, but wanting to win is.” And yet again, Lombardi said that a man’s finest hour was when he had “worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle-victorious.” And finally, he emphasized that while winning was the goal, it must be done “fairly, squarely, by the rules.”

I don’t know about you, but people like Lombardi and Jeffress get that old spine chill and adrenaline induced goosebumps going.  The scream of SOCIAL JUSTICE, not woke social justice, but real social justice, is what I mean here! Operation Epic Fury 2.0 is the uncovering of massive fraud in Medi-Cal healthcare insurance. We are rapidly seeing the evidence, and much, much more is forthcoming by those investigating it.  Huge evidence.

Governor Gavin Newsom is a rattlesnake! We’ve been ankle snake bit! We’ve been delirious. Our bell has been rung. HIPAA is not a private thing; it’s a public thing. We need to stop the HIPAA poison. We need to steadily infuse the forensic antivenin fraud evidence as it is produced into our now swollen and hurting leg and stop the poison. Then we will get up and run to and furiously cut the head of the snake off and bury it! And then, God willing, start to use our medical and financial knowledge for the good ALL OF US; affordably, competently, delightfully, and safely.

And then, how much better off do you think our economy will be?
