Teen Opinion: The Revival
Kirk made the ultimate sacrifice to save our country, our families, religious freedom and freedom of speech

For those of us still suffering, still in shock at the loss of Mr. Charlie Kirk please think about the loss Mrs. Kirk is dealing with. That is always foremost in my mind.
As I watched the memorial for Mr. Kirk and as I listened to Mrs. Kirk speak so eloquently and with so much love, I realized Mr. and Mrs. Kirk are not only as one, but the ones we can strive to emulate.
Mr. Kirk is the very definition of Martyr and Hero. He sacrificed his life for our country so the very least we can do is put aside our fears, our differences and our reservations to come together as Conservatives. If we don’t, we are not only failing Mr. Kirk, we are failing ourselves, our families, our generation, our country and most importantly, we are failing God. Mr. Kirk loved God, family and country and wanted us to do the same. His faith was strong, he had no fear, he knew the risks and faced them valiantly.
Mr. Kirk made the ultimate sacrifice to save our country, our families, religious freedom and freedom of speech. He encouraged us to read the Bible but not just read it, to live it. We shouldn’t just honor God inside a church or temple but honor Him every day by living the virtuous lives He intended for us to live.
We should all be the good in this world even when it’s most difficult. It is up to us to educate adults and children by bringing them to Conservatism, to Judeo Christian values, to love and honor God, family and country and be willing to stand up for them at all costs and against all evil.
Some of us claim to be Conservatives, we claim to be Christians and Jews but do we actually lead the life we know we should? We must never compromise our morals, ethics and values.
Lying is a sin, help those in need and always be someone others can look up to. Make sure you lead your lives in a way others can learn from and make sure you have no regrets. Mr Kirk inspired us to have respectful conversations with others, listen, lead, debate and educate. Mr.
Kirk was the good fighting against evil, he was the light in the dark and we must honor that light by offering hope to others who may not have the opportunity to get that anywhere else.
Mr. Kirk led with constraint, honor and respect. Now we must carry on his work by living every day as he did. As Conservatives we don’t hate, we don’t condone violence and the best way to defeat those that do is to keep talking, keep engaging and help others find the right way. Mr. Kirk encouraged unity so now is the time to say no to the hate, division and violence we are all facing in the world and we as Conservatives deplore.
We must never justify hate or violence under any circumstances. Mr. Kirk wanted to see Christians and Jews come together as one and when we do, that’s when we can defeat the evil uprising in our country. Mr. Kirk encouraged people to read their Bible, to be better husbands, wives, mothers, fathers, sons and daughters. I will strive to be better every day as we all should.I have never felt Gods grace, presence and love as much as I have since He called Mr. Kirk to His side. The assassin’s bullet ended Mr. Kirk’s life on earth but he carries on in His Glory. I have seen an uprising in people not just in this country but across the world doing exactly what Mr. Kirk preached. As Mrs. Kirk stated, “this is a revival.” Through Mr. Kirk’s faith, he educated, he helped the lost to be found and he not only led but he led so many back to God.
Mrs. Kirk read a very powerful quote of Mr. Kirk‘s, he was so wise and said “Every time we make a decision it leaves a mark on our soul.” Make sure you make good decisions, don’t react but act, be a leader not a follower, choose peace not violence, choose love and find your spiritual life so you can inspire others to do the same. Save your soul so you are proud of your life, not regretful, not embarrassed and not ashamed. It is never too late to be the good, to change your life for the better and help others to do the same, to feel Gods presence, to love him with all your heart and to know that you are so very loved in return. Strive to be the person you will never regret being. Be that person who knows when you go to heaven and meet our Creator you will be proud of the life you lived and know you left love, faith and direction for others to carry on.
To Mrs. Erika Kirk, I am so glad you are taking over the work and position of your husband who loved and still loves you so much from Heaven. You are an inspiration to us all and I will personally spend the rest of my life aspiring to always be the good Mr. Kirk lived by and you still live by. We will honor his legacy and become a united front. In Gods name and to honor Mr. Kirk we will save our country for our generation and all future generations. We will debate and educate, not hate and in Gods name, we will forgive.
I love and appreciate you all. God bless you all.

Charlie Kirk is the hero that Americans have not had since the 1960s. He truly lived a life and a faith worth imitating.
