The Kamala Harris Think Tank of Babble and Insipidity

Harris mocked over plan to launch institute for ‘Policy & Ideas’

By Katy Grimes, April 14, 2025 8:07 am

Some of “her closest allies say she is leaning against another White House run in 2028 and, instead, toward a campaign for governor of California in 2026,” the New York Times reports on the future of Kamala Harris, because as Harris says, “You exist in the context of all in which you live and what you came before you.”

“Her political choice is binary, she has told people: She can run for governor or president, but not both.”

Duh. Did Kamala Harris write that line?

“An aide has held preliminary talks with universities about establishing a policy institute.” Slay News reports that Kamala Harris is being mocked over her plan to launch and institute for “Policy & Ideas.”

I recommend “The Kamala Harris Think Tank of Babble and Insipidity.”

Remember her greatest lines?

“I can imagine what can be, and be unburdened by what has been,” she said repeatedly.

“I don’t know what’s wrong with you young people, you think you just fell out of a coconut tree,” Harris said during a speech.

“You exist in the context of all in which you live and what you came before you.”

“Who doesn’t love a yellow school bus, right? Can you raise your hand if you love a yellow school bus? Many of us went to school on the yellow school bus, right? It’s part of our experience growing up,” she said.

“Culture is — it is a reflection of our moment in our time, right? And in present culture is the way we express how we’re feeling about the moment,” Harris said.

“I love Venn diagrams,” Harris said. “Always ask, ‘Is there a Venn diagram for this?’ I’m telling you, it’s fascinating when you do. So, Venn diagram, those three circles, right?”

How about “The Policy Institute of Imagining Yellow School Buses, Coconut Trees and Venn Diagrams?”

Or “The Kamala Harris Institute for Reimagining What Can Be, What Has Been Unburdened, and Will Be Context?”

“But she has spurned early opportunities to get back in the game. While other prominent Democrats — including Gov. Tim Walz of Minnesota, her former running mate — have asserted themselves in the party’s struggle to chart a path to a comeback…” the New York Times says.

Tim Walz is a “prominent Democrat?”

The NYT continues:

“Interviews with more than three dozen of Ms. Harris’s advisers, former aides, allies and friends reveal a politician — known, as much as anything, for her caution — standing at perhaps her most fateful crossroads yet.

After 22 years as an elected official, she must decide whether, or how, to continue her political career in an environment that was remade by her defeat.”

Because Kamala Harris has a reputation for luxury living on campaign funds, she probably wants to keep the funding coming in. Going back to 2011, her spending on luxury hotels, first class airfares, and limousines raised eyebrows. As the Hill reported in 2015:

“Staff has always worried about Kamala’s spending, but she is adamant about using campaign money as she wants,” said a former aide, speaking on condition of anonymity.

“She treats the campaign like a personal checking account to fund a lifestyle she aspires to,” the former aide added.

Another ex-aide said that “Kamala demands a life of luxury.”

Harris’ aids are likely more motivated by the paycheck the campaign provides than creating a policy institute or having to ghost write her book.

Whatever the motivation, just keep Kamala talking.

  1. Here is another jewel from Queen Kamala:
“When women aren’t at the table, they’re on the menu.”
    Kamala Harris

I mean come on she thinks she is a deep thinker and that is all that matters!🤔

The painful results of the total disaster during her tenure in the Biden Administration alone should disqualify her. Our national security and economy were decimated!

Just keep the 2,500 dollar French wine coming and she will have more to say on any matter!
Maybe Willie Brown could be her first benefactor, monetarily of course.

She is the burden that the 2024 voter unburdened for our well being!

  2. Thank you Katy for this amusing grilling of Kamala. Few politicians deserve mocking more than Kamala Harris although of course she has A LOT of competition.
Here’s something (link below) to ponder from Kamala the Deep.
Good luck trying to make sense of what the hell she is talking about.
Also, exactly what drug is she on? Anyone?
Skip ahead to the Doritos part, which begins at the 2:07 marker.

    1. Ahh yes, now that is a classic ShowandTell.

I also agree with CW below, this is to keep the grift going and the Clinton Foundation is a great model on how to look like they are doing good and end up doing better for themselves!

      1. Yes, Cali Girl, and to CW too — we can always count on Kamala to be only about taking care of Kamala, can’t we, so I’m sure that however she can keep the money spout going that’s what she will do.

  3. She is stupid but she knows one thing – she wants money and a “think tank” could bring in funds she can embezzle for her own use much like the Clintons Global Initiative.

  4. the real question we all keep asking: Is KH beyond her prime and no longer able to further her career aspirations through the A-Firm-Mattress Action that was the much publicized genesis of the beginning of what was to be and has now become ?????

  5. Katy Grimes got it right calling it “The Kamala Harris Think Tank of Babble and Insipidity.”

Unfortunately there are many Democrats (especially college educated women) who don’t care what inane things cackling Kamala spews because she’s a woman (supposedly) and a Democrat?

Dave Rubin on his YouTube “The Rubin Report” spoke to Lindy Li about her initial hope for Kamala Harris but she quickly realized that she lacked the leadership needed to run the country along with her struggle leaving the Democratic Party: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPEb5iVrCJM)
