BOMBSHELL: California Has 1.8M More Registered Voters Than it Should

Election Integrity Project reports 100,000 of them had their birth states changed from other states or countries to California

By Katy Grimes, June 22, 2021 12:17 pm

California’s November 3, 2020 election was marred by significant voting and registration irregularities, says the Election Integrity Project® California, Inc. (EIPCa).

The non-partisan organization analyzed the state’s official voter list of February 9, 2021 and reported its findings to California’s Secretary of State Shirley Weber June 17, 2021. “This followed EIPCa reports of 2020 cross-state voting on April 30 and May 18, 2021 that the Secretary has ignored.  EIPCa’s June report cites California’s election code that requires officials to provide timely answers to citizens’ questions.”

“Many in the nation are questioning the validity of the 2020 general election in their states,” EIPCa President Linda Paine said Tuesday.

“Mass irregularities in California’s registration and voting numbers continue to erode voter confidence here and we are hopeful Secretary Weber will immediately address our questions.”

EIPCa seeks answers to the following questions, on behalf of California voters:

  • Why are there almost 124,000 more votes counted in California’s November 3, 2020 election than voters recorded as voting in that election? And why is most of the discrepancy driven by 116,000 vote-by-mail ballots with no apparent voter identified in VoteCal’s voting histories? Click here for a list by county.
  • Why do more than 7,700 voters have TWO November 3, 2020 votes credited to their voting histories? These are two votes credited to each of 7,700 unique (non-duplicated) registration ID numbers in the state database. This indicates mass double voting, a significant programming error in the state’s registration system, or both.
  • Why does California have 1.8 million more registered voters than eligible citizens and why did this overage rise 72% in the 2020 election cycle? Click here for a list by county.

Some counties have an astoundingly high number of ineligible registrants (see County list below):

Sacramento County: 36,737, Orange County: 92,014, San Diego County: 247,671, Los Angeles County: 1,138,910, even tiny Alpine County with 924 eligible citizens has 85 ineligible registrants.

  • Why did California’s on-line and DMV registration systems change 33,000 foreign-born voters’ birthplaces of record to “California” or “United States”, potentially masking non-citizens unlawfully registered to vote? Similarly, why were 76,000 birthplaces changed from another U.S. state to California? Click here for a chart of birthplace changes.

The EIPCa asks “why has the number of ineligible registrants grown over time? Why by 72% in the past year? 3b) What action(s) will the Secretary’s office take to correct these ineligible registrations?”

  • Between June 2017 and November 2020, EIPCa identified 93,911 registrants who show inexplicable changes of birthplaces from a foreign country or another U.S. state to “California.”
  • Of these, 68% appear to have occurred using the on-line registration system and 21% using the DMV registration system.
  • An additional 14,796 had birthplaces were changed from a foreign country to “United States of America.” Of these, 62% were associated with the on-line registration system and 27% with the DMV registration system.

California’s most recent election anomalies

As stunning as this is, it’s been going on in California for many years, and is only getting worse, despite efforts to expose voting irregularities, and clean up voter rolls.

Party registrations were changed right before the June 2016 Primary election, ensuring a Hillary Clinton win over challenger Bernie Sanders, in what was called electronic vote rigging, I reported in 2017. California was a crucial state for both Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton, but the election was called for Clinton minutes after the polls closed, but before millions of provisional ballot votes were counted.

A 2017 study by Stanford University proved that Hillary Clinton‘s campaign pre-rigged the system to steal the nomination from Bernie Sanders. And it was never more apparent than in California where Bernie Sanders voters were likely robbed of a legitimate candidate.

Thousands of voters in the June 7, 2016 California Primary election showed up at the polls across the state to discover their political party registrations had been changed, or dropped altogether… but only after they had received official sample ballots verifying their party registration in the mail. This only could have been done within the Secretary of State’s VoteCal system.

Thousands of Republican and Democratic voters reported to the Election Integrity Project that they arrived at their designated polling stations on June 7th to find that their party affiliation had been changed. Most reported being re-registered “No Party Preference,” California’s version of “Decline to State.” Others said their registrations were dropped, or they received the wrong ballot, which in many cases prevented them from voting for President in the primary.

    1. Do you really think the Newsom reign will be allowed to end. I am concerned that our elections may have been rigged for sometime. It is just coming out in the open. Blatant cheating.. nothing less. We are loosing integrity.

      1. Since 2004, general election. The first time was with prop. 66. Google it and see who owned the machines and how those machines evolved since then and the ownership.????????????

      2. Like I keep referring to the hopefuls on next election. We do not have an election system, we have a Bolshevik selection system!!!!

  1. Add THIS BOMBSHELL to the pervasiveness of Dominion Voting Systems in California and one begins to understand just how the Democrat party has maintained its hammerlock on California elections for the last couple of decades….

Where is CAGOP Chairwoman Patterson and why is she not leading this challenge???

Worthless…and stop asking me for MONEY if you DO NOTHING to work for my interests….

    1. I agree. Rinos are more disgusting than Democrats. Ya know what you’re getting with a Dem. it’s not until a Rino is in office that it shows it’s treasonous self. Kemp for example.
That harridan in Alaska, looks like Pence is a traitor.

        1. Beth, the good news is that this undermining of election integrity has received A LOT more publicity in this most recent go-round than it would have in the past, thanks to the California Globe, Press California, and other CA outlets who picked it up; e.g., California Political Review, FreeRepublic, to name only a few who have a significant readership. Some of those with more of national reach who picked it up are the Daily Wire, PJ Media, even the Epoch Times, and others. EIPca has done the amazing foundational work of finding it out and broadcasting the finding, as well as has Judicial Watch. It’s extremely encouraging that what is and has been happening in California — that has likely completely changed the course of our state over time —- has now been reported far and wide.

      1. What utter BS, there is nothing more disgusting than a democrat, they have lied and cheated their way into the WH and it is OK with you morons who continue to support them, disgusting behavior by all!

        1. That’s what I have been saying , audit California! We deserve a fair election . No one in there right mind would vote for any of this corruption in California… this is the California mob regime

        2. I don’t think that there is a lot of support for these geriatric democrats. They got the rigging thing down to a science. Our beautiful State is truly RED. Times up for the cheating. Time now for a good old fashioned tar and feathering.

    2. Better yet! Where in the heck is Kevin McCarthy? As well as RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel..she’s been AWOL and yet I keep receiving emails asking for $$.

    3. Maybe it’s because there are more people registered as Democrats than as Republicans. Get off your whining asses and start getting people registered.

  2. And naturally Padilla has skated off to a position in the (corrupt) Biden administration…

  3. Proud to see that VENTURA COUNTY is once again, the BEST county in California, with the lowest variances….

VENTURA COUNTY ROCKS!!!! Too bad it’s in California….

    1. Secede to Arizona, CriticalDfence9?…..love the Ventura county coastline, wouldn’t mind living there.

    2. Spoke too soon – the SECOND report indicates that Ventura County has an upside-down 1.11 ineligible voter ratio, similar to El Lay, San Diego & Santa Cruz county, home of the flaming liberals….

    3. Not sure we should be so proud when Dr Robert Levin was so forcefully WRONG in his COVID regulations! Closing churches was NOT acceptable, yet he did it, has not apologized, and remains subject of litigation.

    4. I’m not sure what you are looking at, but Ventura County had one of the highest variances at 1.11.

  4. This is something I’ve prayed for, for decades..If your on telegram California Audit, Audit California, California elections are just to name a few..They are organizing into counties and getting the affidavits signed..The best part is this is a joint effort it doesn’t matter what side you’re on..

  5. What could be more horrendous than taking away citizens’ precious, hard-won votes? Hmm?
Fingers crossed and more for timely results and action on this from the SOS. Katy has been writing about this forever, and many of us have been following it for years and years. Meanwhile every year it’s getting exponentially worse? These outrageous anomalies and this cheating MUST BE ADDRESSED once and for all. Eyes are on these officials more than ever now. Grateful to EIPca and Linda Paine and hoping for the best outcome as always.

  6. These facts prove that the democrat party domination in California is enabled by election corruption. California is controlled by criminals (AKA democrat party), union collaborators and probably connections to the CCP. Mail in ballots imposed by Newsom are critical to Newsom retaining illegitimate power. The people are again F’d!

  7. I bet the entire Country is screwed up too. This information needs to get out and be corrected now—before the Newsom recall election. No wonder the California Assembly and Senate is heavily tilted to the democrats!!

  8. The answer is simple: Purge the voter rolls completely and utterly every four years, making everybody have to re-register. And no automatic registration at the DMV,

An in addition, since we’re on the subject of elections and election integrity:

    A) Paper ballots only, serial numbered, color shifted, watermarked, chain of custody and all that. Nothing that can be xeroxed, and almost like currency.

    B) Chain of custody of the ballots by at least two people, one from each major party or more. And if they distrust or hate each other guts, then so much the better inasmuch as it lessens the possibility of fraud or collusion.

    C) Absolutely no voting without a valid ID or passport, with instant data base cross referencing and a record kept of who voted and where and linked to a SSN/citizenship database. (Pause to listen to the howls of outrage.) And God help the Illegal or foreign national who tries to vote.

    D) No last minute registration or registering at the polls. If you weren’t involved enough to care about voting, politics or the issues to register ahead to time, then you’re not involved enough to vote.

    E) Finger indelible ink dip, just before you vote and not after, to keep a voter from doing it twice. And that means ink up to the first knuckle, not just some dab on a finger tip that might easily be rubbed off. No finger dip, then no voting, and too bad if you just got your nails done, you’re “allergic” or whatever. Further, if you walk into a polling place with finger ink, then you can’t vote. Plus you’ll be having a little chat with the cops if you try.

    F) No mail in/absentee ballots except for those who are overseas on government business, not just military, these to be accepted only by the nearest embassy or consulate. (American Expats have always been able to vote on the national level at the local embassy or consulate, so no problem there.)

    G) Absolutely no ballot harvesting by any individual, agency or organization, period, end of discussion.Too bad if grandma is in a wheelchair. If a voter can’t be bothered or is unable to make it to the polls, then they can’t vote.

    H) Absolutely no computerized or electronic anything, even open source systems.Time and again the owners of the companies making the voting machines and equipment have shown themselves to be too partisan to one side or the other. Time to keep it old school. No punching holes either, “hanging chads” and all that. This means an indelible sharpie making a nice big black mark in a nice big black box – big means big – with nothing else on the page, and the reverse side being blank in case of bleed through. And if the voter is too damned stupid or clumsy to manage even that simple maneuver, then too bad.

    I) Since ballots are serial numbered, any missing ballots issued to a polling place will invalidate the entire results from that polling place. If a polling place is issued, say, 1000 ballots, then all those ballots must be accounted for or the voting results from that polling place are invalid, no exceptions. Ditto if, say 1000 ballots were issued and records show that 850 voters voted; then there had better not be 900 ballots with a vote on them. Voter counts cross referenced to ballots used and ballots issued in other words.

    J) All election results from each and every polling place automatically subjected to forensic audit via the Benford’s Law test or similar, with any indications of fraud invalidating all results from that polling place, no exceptions.

    K) Counting/tabulating protocols similar to what you’re seeing in the Arizona audit. Green shirts, blue shirts, all that. That would include an overhead visitor gallery where anybody can observe what’s going on, take pictures, etc. And anybody who interferes in any way whatsoever, e.g. covering the windows with cardboard, goes to the slammer.

    L) Finally, voting results are not announced unless or until the very last polling place ballots are counted. No running totals, etc. On the national level, that also means not reporting the results until all the votes are in. And yes, that means that we all have to wait for Hawaii and Alaska.
In the same vein, no exit polls or anything else. No reporting of “projections. It ain’t over till it’s over, and until then just shut up.
A voting results news blackout in other words. (Howls of outrage again, this time from the news organizations.) There should be absolutely nothing that might discourage late voters or voters in different time zones from going to the polling place since “It’s already decided” or “It doesn’t matter. It’s an election, not a horse race. Let the Media get their ratings and web-hits talking about something else.

Anything less than the above brings the results into question, resulting in the situation we all find ourselves in at present – the strongly distinct and ever increasing evidence of massive ballot stuffing having placed in power by fraud a public office holder.

    Just a thought.

    VicB3

    1. VicB3, here are my “votes” wrt each of your suggestions:
      Agree: A, B, C, E, G, K, L
      Maybe Agree: D, H, I, J
      Disagree: F

      1. P.S. As for F, there is no problem with absentee paper ballots if there is signature verification. I’ve been doing it for years and always must SIGN the ballot. People who are home confined for health or other reasons need to have this option; also, those who have planned business or other travel. Cannot discriminate against these people.

      2. Normally I’d agree with you that some of these proposals – F for example – might be too extreme. However, everything here listed – I forgot to mention purging the voting rolls * *Completely* every 4 years, i.e. start from zero* – is a push-back from the blatant levels of partisan fraud we’ve been seeing for the last two decades or so, if not longer.

The analogy you have here for the present voting system is one of a sinking ship. Like counter-flooding a ship – look it up – you have to go full on in the other/opposite direction, later to fine tune things once the sinking has stopped and the leaks are dealt with. Anything less and your problems remain.

The only way to stop a fraud is to stop and eliminate all possibilities for it completely, even if some otherwise honest people lose in the process, Grandma in the wheelchair and all that. Otherwise, the possibility for fraud remains, and thus questions will remain in about the validity of the results and the commitment of the voters*.

        Hope this helps.

        Just a thought.

        VicB3

*Don’t get me started about not allowing Government Employees, Welfare Recipients or those dependent on the Public Purse from voting. Imagine what the poll results would be if, say, Teacher’s Union members were not allowed to vote? Radical and not likely, but intriguing just the same.

**Voter commitment is a real issue in my mind. Addressing the whole partisan politics thing, what’s to stop an organization or individual from rounding up a lot of otherwise uncommitted and unknowledgeable “Voters” right off the street, handing them a cheat-sheet “Voter’s Guide” and having them register at the polling place, then paying them $100 for their “Services” when they’re done? Answer: Nothing, and don’t doubt for a second that somebody or organization won’t try it.

It’s a potential avenue for abuse, therefore cut off the possibility of it happening by banning voting day registration altogether.

Ditto concern about other potential avenues for fraud, hence proposal J the mandatory statistical audit. And that would include flagging such anomalies such as, say, 20 or 30 voters registered to the same apartment number address. (Mind that’s for a single apartment, not the building.) Unless it’s a damned big apartment with an extended Asian family living in it, that would constitute a big red flag that something was completely off.

        1. VicB3, I see your point but can you GUARANTEE a “zero fraud” condition even with ALL of what you propose? I think not. There will always be some fraud, some gaming of the system. But eliminating gross fraud can be done with many of your proposals; without infringing on people’s rights. Granny has the right to equal protection under the law; IF you believe in the constitution. I don’t feel like throwing the baby out with the bath water.

          1. P.S. Here’s another point. The table shows 36 counties with a Ratio 1.00 or less. Which indicates that they “seem” to have things under control. Of course, we would want to verify these counties as well. Trust/Distrust and verify.

    2. VicB3, Excellent reasoning! Now why aren’t there ore like you in the power
positions that decide what a real election should look like? And I never
believed that automatic voter registration belongs on Drivers Licenses.
It reveals another opportunity for the corrupt ones to cheat.

      1. Well Lia, if you study your history carefully, there was a person who came to power who was neurotic about control of such things. His name was Adolf Hitler and he rose to power in the 1930s in a place called Germany. He used his compulsive control to build a power structure that eventually led to global conflict that challenged the assertions of the meaning of humanity.

  9. not surprising. commifornia has been the petri dish for the democrats breeding and refinement of voter fraud and sham elections for decades.

  10. Great information, now all that is needed is a fair and impartial judge. You know that this is all going to go through the courts!
Fair and impartial judge in California?,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,A judge that respects our state constitution?,,,,,,,A judge that will rule in favor of the people?,,,,,,,,,,,,
FIGHT ON……….Stop blogging and get active with some of these grass roots citizens!

  11. Some of the items you listed can become attack vectors.

J for instance. If any fraud from a polling place invalidates all votes from that polling location then what’s to stop a plant from purposely committing fraud in a location where the majority view is opposite theirs? They swing elections by purposely getting votes thrown out from areas that generally go the way of their opposition.

  12. The only solution is an initiative to amend the CA Constitution to provide for election integrity.

Unfortunately, the CA Rep Party is comfortable playing the role of the “Washington Generals.”

  13. We should begin to scream Racism when asked to show I.D. at the Liquor store, Airport, Hotel check-in, car rental, Loan verification of almost any kind, Purchase of Alcohol or Adult magazines, POT, Cigars, cigarettes, winery and any will call for concerts or sporting events etc.. These everyday events that anyone must show I.D. for are not considered Racist, However, it doesn’t stop there if Elvis, Marylin Monroe, John Belushi and Tupac want to vote twice for democrats “no big deal”. Leftists consider them wiser since they died, so just move along nothing to see here. If they voted Republican then the pillars of Hell would be shaking. The only consistent thing in this state is the complete corruption of the Leftist that run this State (with no bottom insight) and the fecklessness of the State Republican Party, 12 of them are happy to fight each other for the privilege of having a seat at the table for 2 which the democrats assigned them, which happens to be next to the bathroom with a broken toilet (they love that smell) . They’re an absolute JOKE and have been for the last 20 years, I get a good laugh when they ask for money they can’t even get out of their own way. They’re in the extra small clown car in a state run like a circus side show.

  14. VicB3 is spot on. Voting is the most important right that we have and it needs to be protected at all cost. There is another corrupt area that has to be changed. Boundaries for our representatives. The change was supposed to be completed by a neutral group, guess what, it was also rigged. This has to be fixed. I live in north orange county and I now have a rep that represents Long Beach which is in LA county. The area I live in has been republican for the 50 years and now I have a democratic representing me. Looking at the new areas you can see the rigging. The city I live in has 3 different representatives, how can a city get any thing accomplished having to deal with 3 reps. Boundaries need to be formed with city boundaries in mind.
    Pro7

  15. Ok we know they cheated so what is going to be done about it ! California deserves to have a fair honest election … finally someone is seeing what has been going on in California for many years but no one seems to do anything about it … we did not vote for California to be destroyed by democrats, that’s an insult to every Californian …

  16. I sent this to my county in California (Nevada County) and asked for a complete forensic audit just like in Maricopa
county in Arizona. He said it was all made up stuff and didn’t answer my questions. I opened a big can of worms when I asked how does a citizen get access to see the insides of our voting machines to see if there was a modem or a USB port, and I did not get an answer. This was the county recorder. So my next step is to got to the county elections office in person and ask to see the inside of the machines. I think we have a lot of Freemasons in most counties and they sure don’t like people like me stirring the pot. We don’t have Dominion or Smartmatic here, it is another company selected I was told by the California Secretary of State. So this guy said everything in this report is made up and not true. I can’t wait to see the results in Maricopa county published for all to see.

  17. Katie-Thank you for this report. Keep it up. And people please get involved! The only way to restore integrity is to get involved and fight for change. It must happen.

  18. I
I have spent a lot of time reading all of the comments, etc. The first place that Needs to be addressed is voter registration. This is a GREAT BIG JOKE! I came to CA in the 1957, I registered on the street, I was not asked if I was a citizen, no ID, no proof that I was eligible to vote. HOW MANY PEOPLE REGISTERED THAT WERE NOT CITIZENS ? THAT’S 70 YEARS OF POTENTIAL PEOPLE VOTING THAT HAVE NO RIGHT TO!!!!!!
