California Lawmaker Calling on Twitter and Facebook to Ban Vaccine Activist Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

In December, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. issued a warning about the newly released COVID vaccine: Avoid the the vaccine at all costs.

“Even though the media and politicians are currently trivializing the problem and even foolishly calling for a new type of vaccine to return to normality, this vaccination is problematic in terms of health, morality and ethics, but also in terms of genetic damage,” Kennedy said.

Kennedy, an environmental attorney and founder of Children’s Health Defense, is well-known in California for his opposition to legislation mandating childhood vaccination schedules. He has appeared at the California State Capitol legislative committee hearings to offer his support to wary parents, and in opposition of the vaccine-mandate bills.

But now, State Sen. Richard Pan (D-Sacramento), “is calling on Twitter and Facebook to ban Robert Kennedy Jr. from their platforms as part of a national campaign to encourage vaccination against COVID-19,” MSN reported on a sacbee.com article.

Sen. Richard Pan, who is a pediatrician, has authored several bills since 2011 incrementally requiring school-aged children in California to be vaccinated on an inflexible schedule, regardless if there are other vaccine-injured children in the family.

As Americans learned during this last year of Coronavirus/COVID lockdowns, treatments, mandatory masking and social-distancing, it’s no longer acceptable to disagree with the left on matters of public health – even physicians have been fired for questioning public health officials, as the Globe has reported.

MSN/SacBee continued explaining Sen. Pan’s push to ban Kennedy:

Sen. Pan told supporters of his Ready to Vaccinate campaign in a Wednesday email that Kennedy should be stripped of his accounts for using them to “spread lies about COVID-19 vaccines and trying to drive fear in communities of color.”

“Sadly, COVID-19 isn’t the only disease we’re fighting,” Pan wrote in the email inviting subscribers to sign a petition for Kennedy’s social media removal. “We’re also up against the disease of misinformation, perpetuated by high-profile anti-vaxxers like Robert F. Kennedy Jr.”

Ready to Vaccinate is a project under the umbrella of ProtectUs Now, a nonprofit launched in January that Pan works with to combat misinformation around health policy.

A scientist friend sent the Globe a link to a medical group website with information from several physicians about the COVID vaccines.

Notably, the doctors say, “We don’t typically vaccinate against a disease that we have treatment for.”

What these doctors say about the COVID vaccines parallels what Robert Kennedy Jr. is saying:

The current “vaccine” for COVID is new technology never used on humans before and it is called “Antibody Dependent Enhancement” or ADE. It is a piece of genetic material, messenger RNA (mRNA) being injected. How do mRNA technologies work?

Vaccine

• • This is not a vaccine. A vaccine uses a weakened or attenuated version of a virus that is administered to drive an immune response in the host. The mRNA injection offers no viral components, it in fact is a genetic signal that triggers your cells to make what is called a “spike” protein.
  • This genetic material, the mRNA enters every cell of your body and does not leave. It is driving your cells to make proteins, the full range of which we are not sure. There are too many unknowns because we have never used this type of immunologic technology on human beings before. This is an experiment. You are agreeing to be a lab rat for the vaccine industry. U.S. laws do not allow you to sue a vaccine company if something goes wrong.
  • mRNA acts like a computer chip that is being inserted into your genetic programming.
  • This technology is called “Antibody Dependent Enhancement” or ADE. It drives genetic alteration; it does not drive antibody production as we are familiar with in the typical course of vaccinations.
  • No one is receiving “Informed Consent” about the dangers of this vaccine. That potentially turns a simple medical procedure into a physical assault.

Transmission

• • This mRNA technology does nothing to reduce transmission of the virus.

Why take the risk of an unknown “vaccine” (genetic program) when we have multiple avenues of treatment that have been shown effective across multiple nations.

• • Hydroxychloroquine, Ivermectin, Colchicine, Zithromax, and others.

Even while trying to obtain as much information as possible about the new vaccines, many are questioning why Sen. Richard Pan is so hot to silence Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and ban his social media accounts.

Here is what Kennedy said about the COVID vaccine:

mRNA directly alters the genetic material of those who receive it, much like what happens when “scientists” genetically engineer (GMO) food crops like soybeans or corn to make them resistant to bugs or drought.

“This intervention can be compared to genetically modified foods, which are also very controversial,” Kennedy says.

Unlike all other vaccines, the genetic damage of which is not necessarily permanent, mRNA genetic damage is “irreversible and irreparable,” Kennedy notes.

MSN/SacBee accuse Kennedy of promoting false information:

“Kennedy is an environmental attorney and the son of former U.S. Attorney General and New York Sen. Robert F. Kennedy. He’s also known for his advocacy as the founder of Children’s Health Defense, an anti-vaccine group that has promoted false information on immunizations, including the COVID-19 vaccines.”

“Because of his online rhetoric, Instagram removed Kennedy Jr.’s account in February as part of a multi-month sweep by social media companies to eradicate COVID-19 and vaccine falsehoods on their platforms.”

CBS 58 even called Sen. Pan a “vaccine expert” in a January interview: “National vaccine expert discusses common questions about COVID-19 shot.”

In 2019, the Legislature was voting on Senate Bill 276 to disallow medical exemptions for vaccines, even for families with previously vaccine-injured children.  “Senate Bill 276 would eliminate almost all vaccine medical exemptions, allegedly to crack down on fraud,” California Globe reported. “Under this bill, State bureaucrats — not physicians –would be in charge of deciding whether children may receive medical exemptions and thus whether they can attend school.”

He received plenty of pushback from colleagues, including then-Senator Jeff Stone (R-Temecula), a 30-year practicing pharmacist: “Immunizations have saved millions of lives,” Stone said. He noted as an author of Pan’s previous bill, SB 277, “we promised exemptions for children with medical issues.” Stone noted that side effects from vaccines are rare, “but when you see the injuries, they are major. One-size-fits-all doesn’t work.”

In a 2019 California Globe op ed, Attorney Mary Holland asked, “When a physician decides that a child is too medically fragile to receive a vaccine, but is not allowed to submit a medical exemption because it is not a listed CDC contraindication, and that child suffers a life-threatening reaction, such as multiple seizures or encephalitis (both listed on vaccine manufacturer inserts), is the doctor liable, or the state official, who denied the exemption?”

Her question was never answered by elected lawmakers in the California Legislature.

Parental choice and decision making over childhood vaccinations was removed in California because of a state law passed in 2012. Assembly Bill 2109 by then-Assemblyman Richard Pan (D-Sacramento), orders that California school-aged children will not be allowed to attend public school without proof that parents have been counseled, and children vaccinated, in accordance with the vaccination schedule of the federal Center for Disease Control.

The only exception to the law was a personal belief or religious exemption – the only way Assemblyman Pan could get the bill passed.

But Sen. Pan has since authored bills removing all of the previous compromise agreements he made to pass AB 2109.

SB 276 also requires the state health department to monitor doctors who grant five or more exemptions per calendar year, and exemptions of schools with an immunization rate of less than 95 percent.

I have been covering the legislated vaccine mandates by Sen. Richard Pan since 2012, when he first introduced AB 2109, and he and the media portrayed all opposed parents as anti-vaxers, when that was not the case. Nearly every parent I interviewed then and now merely wants the flexibility to make the vaccination decisions with their pediatricians, rather than be subjected to a state-mandated vaccine schedule. Some parents are anti-vaccine, but most just want parental rights regarding the health of their children.

In the 1960’s, children received only four vaccines: Smallpox, measles, polio and mumps vaccines. Now, children receive as many as 24 shots by 2 years of age and five shots in a single visit. Most children receive 49 vaccinations by the age of six, and more than 60 vaccinations from day of birth to age 18. Newborns receive eight routine vaccinations in accordance with the Center for Disease Control’s vaccine schedule, during the first 15 months of life.
