Judge Rules Against Gov. Gavin Newsom; No ‘D’ Next to His Name on Recall Ballot
‘A good day for the good guys!’

State Superior Court Judge James Arguellas in Sacramento just ruled that California Gov. Gavin Newsom cannot identify as “Democrat” on the September recall ballot with a “D” after his name. He and his attorneys missed the deadline to designate his party affiliation, a superior court judge in Sacramento ruled Monday afternoon.
Gov. Newsom filed a lawsuit against California Secretary of State Shirley Weber in late June asking the court to require the Secretary of State print Newsom’s political party on the recall ballots, after neglecting to file the proper party notice 16 months ago, the Globe reported.
“According to Newsom, he and his team had simply forgotten to file a party preference notice in time,” the Globe reported. “By law, Newsom had a short window in February 2020 to file such a notice, when the recall petition itself had been originally filed. As Newsom had gone through recall petition attempts before and never had a signature vote total even close to the number required, he and his team didn’t file and left the party affiliation part open.”
Here’s what Judge Arguellas’ ruling said:
Gavin Newsom’s (Governor Newsom) petition for writ of mandate is DENIED.
Governor Newsom’s complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief is DISMISSED as duplicative.
Governor Newsom’s request for judicial notice of the text of Senate Bill (SB) 151 {2019) and portions of the bill’s legislative history is GRANTED.
The application of Orrin E. Heatlie, Mike Netter and The California Patriot Coalition — Recall Governor Gavin Newsom (collectively “Heatlie Intervenors”) to intervene is unopposed and GRANTED.
The application of Caitlyn Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner for Governor 2021, Inc. (collectively “Jenner Intervenors”) to intervene is unopposed and GRANTED.
The objection of the Jenner Intervenors to the declaration submitted by Governor Newsom’s counsel is OVERRULED.
The judge concluded his ruling: “As Governor Newsom has requested an expedited ruling in this case, his counsel shall lodge for the court’s signature a proposed judgment that incorporates this ruling as an exhibit.”

I want Gavin Newsom to be criminally investigated for the billion-dollar masks deal with a CCP company using taxpayers’ money and the multi-million dollar mansion gift that he received from his cousin. The recall is just the first step. I have little doubt he will be serving decades in prison once the full extent of his crime and treason are revealed.
