Gov. Newsom Announces Full Time Team to Combat COVID ‘Propaganda Machines’
Newsom named Fox News, OAN, Newsmax, WarRoom, Infowars as chief propagandists

Gov. Gavin Newsom announced his new plan to manage the COVID-19 “endemic” Thursday. He said California would be moving to a more long-term plan for the virus as immunity against it builds.
Newsom’s new endemic plan, known as SMARTER (shots, masks, awareness, readiness, testing, education, Rx treatments) changes up how California is responding to pandemic.

Last week Gov. Newsom issued a press release announcing as part of his proposed COVID-19 Emergency Response Package that he signed a $1.9 billion early action measure to meet the state’s immediate COVID response needs, “including funding to boost testing capacity and vaccination efforts, support frontline workers, strengthen the health care system and battle misinformation, with a focus on the hardest-hit communities.”
During Thursday’s press conference in Fontana, CA, the governor addressed what he referred to as the COVID “propaganda machine,” naming Alex Jones’ Infowars, Steve Bannon’s WarRoom, One America News, Newsmax and Fox News as the propagandists.
The governor said OAN was a “great disinformation spreader,” and referred to Fox News’ “propaganda lineup.” Newsom even said that people died because of the misinformation spread by these news outlets.
When asked what he plans to do about this, Newsom said he already has “a team of people at HHS battling in the trenches and on social media trying to push back.”
He announced that he is creating “a brand new unit in State Government working full time on this.”
Gov. Newsom said he and his team created COVID-19 “Mythbuster” videos while combating misinformation, all of which is in partnership with 250 ethnic media outlets.
Newsom added, “We are asking the people who promote the lies and misinformation to stop.”
Gov. Newsom also said he would be “Scaling back Executive Order provisions and terminating provisions as they cease to be necessary,” but no specifics were given.

The Ministry of Truth rears its ugly head once again.
Yeah, you can always tell when Tyrants are spooked, they always talk about more censorship. We missed our chance when we didn’t recall this moron last year.
We didn’t miss our chance, it was taken.
As expected, the initial votes for the recall were overwhelmingly in favor of ousting him and then, magically as is so often the case lately, the recall failed overnight.
Now that we have had a real actual landslide recall that removed those three school officials in San Francisco, maybe things will start to change.
Like they say, if it’s not close they can’t cheat. Even Democrats can’t manufacture enough voters to nullify a 3 to 1 margin.

It’s impossible to express how much contempt I have for this ridiculous governor and his silly, tedious, phony nonsense. Does he really think this crap convinces anyone of anything? At this point I would rather not see him or hear him or read about him at all anymore. Pretty confident I’m not alone in that!

He doesn’t have to agree with what’s said, that’s his right, but he also doesn’t have authority to deny people their voice. If what they are selling is “Truth”, what’s he afraid of? He’s part and parcel (WEF Young Global Leader),
for his role in the plandemic, and there will be no escaping the consequences to come.
As an occasional contributor to this website, I was outraged that the California Globe was not included on Newsom’s naughty list. Maybe it’s because we’ve been running accurate information to allow for thoughtful debate, but I don’t think that really matters to the governor. So step your game up, Katy, and do something to reallllly irritate Gavin – no such thing as bad publicity!

So Governor Climate Change is using a Saul Alinsky tactic to battle “misinformation”. He has even created a “brand new unit in the State Government” to battle this misinformation or disinformation. His Alinsky tactic is to accuse your opponent of doing what you are doing. And that is exactly what he and other leftists are doing. I think he wants to be a “little Justin Trudeau”. I ask that Governor Climate Change and other leftist pukes to stop spreading lies and disinformation. They have caused people to die because of it.

He has a problem, though. If he doesn’t remove the jackboot from our necks starting NOW, and continuing to November, he is in real trouble, even WITH cheating, and he knows it. But if he does simply drop all the mask, vaxx, and other nonsense he loses the union henchmen support, for ballot-harvesting, phony votes, and the other usual trickery. Caught between a rock and a hard place, looks like. To watch him squirm has its appeal though, I must admit.
I can’t wait for November. Hopefully, HOPEFULLY there will be a candidate with conservative appeal and not a RINO.

Haven’t lived in San Diego since 1970. It’s tough seeing the encroaching regression occurring in the state. It seems Newsom can’t stand the heat in the kitchen so he’s going to spend more taxpayer dollars to turn off the burners of free speech that can expose to the world what’s really happening there. There are still many wonderful people who live there and in other parts of the state. I hope they will speak their mind in this publication as well at the ballot box.
Kevyn, thanks for the moral support. It’s tough living it too but what other choice do we have? Have lived here my entire life and can’t help digging my heels in for my state. But next Newsom will start to seriously buy off voters and deploy unions and pull out the rest of his bag of tricks. Somehow we have to have a “clean enough” election in November. Any suggestions from afar? Maybe someone who doesn’t live here but who would like to help can be more objective and come up with an answer. 🙂
