Gov. Newsom issues executive order requiring all CA voters to vote-by-mail

Watchdog group reports more than 458,000 likely dead or relocated persons will be mailed ballots; 24,000 will be mailed two or more ballots.
Gov. Gavin Newsom signed an executive order Friday requiring every voter in the state to vote-by-mail in the November 2020 election, bragging that he is the first governor in the country to do this.
“Gov. Newsom boasts California is the “first state” to make this change,” Assemblyman Kevin Kiley (R-Granite Bay) Tweeted. “Perhaps that’s because other states are still functioning democracies, where new laws need to pass a Legislature.”
The governor’s executive order came on the heals of the Election Integrity Project of California’s recent notice to Secretary of State Alex Padilla of the state’s failure to comply with federal voter list maintenance laws.
EIPCa’s report, based on its analysis of California’s official voter registration file, includes evidence that the coronavirus-related proposal to mail ballots to all California voters has heightened the risks to the integrity of the November 2020 election:
- Over 458,000 California registrants who have likely died or moved will be mailed ballots. These registrants have not voted or updated their registrations since November 2008 or prior. Though likely deceased or relocated, they remain classified as “active” status.
- Almost 178,000 have never voted.
- Almost 2,000 have birthdates indicating they are 105+ years old.
- Over 38,000 Californians appear to have more than one voter registration.
- 24,000 of them will be mailed two or more ballots under an all-mail scenario, because they have more than one active registration each.
Gov. Newsom’s announcement of the vote-by-mail order fails to address the hundreds of thousands dead or relocated, voters, or the multiple ballots 24,000 Californians receive.
“These are registrants with no apparent voting or updating of their registrations since Nov 4 2008 or before,” EIPCa’s Ellen Swensen said. “They likely moved away or died. But they are still in ‘Active’ status for some reason and would be mailed Vote-by-mail ballots in an all-mail November election, unless they are inactivated while eligibility is researched. They can still show up and vote in Nov while inactivated but will not automatically get a VBM ballot.”
In March EIPCa exposed that 13 California counties now have more registered voters than eligible citizens, California Globe reported.
Mailing hundreds of thousands of ballots to non-existent addressees opens the door to election crime. Mass “seeding” of unclaimed ballots, coupled with ballot “harvesting” by unscrupulous operatives, is a significant risk to the integrity of the November election. Mailing two or more ballots each to thousands of duplicated registrants allows– even “invites” –voters to vote twice. California’s SOS has already confirmed double voting in the March 3 primary by duplicated registrants who were mailed two ballots each.
“Federal law requires the state to maintain voter lists free of those who have died or relocated and to remove duplicated registrations,” said EIPCa President Linda Paine. “This is especially critical under all-mail voting. Unless ineligible registrations are removed, hundreds of thousands of unclaimed ballots will likely go into circulation without chain of custody protections, due to state-sanctioned ballot harvesting. Defective laws and mismanaged voter rolls continue to risk the integrity of California’s November election.”
EIPCa’s letter asks the SOS to work with the counties to investigate and remove all registrations found to be ineligible so they are not automatically mailed ballots.
“We simply cannot go all vote-by-mail in November unless and until California’s voter lists are finally cleared of duplicated, deceased, relocated and other ineligible registrants,” Swensen said. “This is especially important should Gov Newsom fail to ban November ballot harvesting due to virus concerns, which is the whole reason for all-mail voting in the first place.”
The Election Integrity Project-California, founded in 2010, is a non-partisan, non-profit volunteer organization that advocates for citizens to become active participants in the electoral process, according to its website.

Obviously dirty voting rolls are only one small part of the voting scam. What about all the “legitimate” voters on the rolls, who are there either because of auto-registration through Motor Voter, or because of shady same-day registration that typically has no requirement to show I.D. and thus would reveal a horde of “Minnie and Mickey Mouses” as registered voters, or those who register in multiple precincts? All would be mailed Absentee Ballots which could either be filled out directly by mercenaries or which could be harvested by paid operatives. Actually that group no doubt already IS receiving absentee ballots. There would just be more of them for this election. And just because ballot harvesting is inexplicably legal in this state doesn’t mean it is legitimate and clean. (As you know.) In addition, do we have any idea how many (Repub) ballots are dumped because “the signatures don’t match?” Or have we been able to estimate how many (Repub) absentee ballots are never received by those voters in the first place?

I often wonder if it’s even worth voting anymore in Kaly unless the Feds step in. Judicial Watch has been suing LA and other counties to force them to clean up the voter rolls as described under the SCOTUS ruling..
The Feds are a part of the problem. If you do not vote for the feds party of choice, they are willing to breaking the laws to get their way. Judicial Watch needs more money to keep up against money power. Time to donate if people want justice against those abusing their power in office or position.
This would EXPLAIN why Ca MESSED up my Registration and many of my friends THIS yr. I had ALWAYS been Register a REPUBLICAN for 38 yrs. my Ballot didn’t look right I went to City Hall they didn’t really have an answer I hadn’t TRUSTED Ca. VOTING in many Years but I left after Voting NOT TRUSTING CALIFORNIA VOTERS SYSTEM neither did friends I spoke to. PLEASE CORRECT THIS VIOLATION TO CA CITIZENS PLEASE!!
When my parents passed away , I immediately called the Marin Voters office and had their names removed .. I suspect my low life sister might be filling out the ballots if they were sent to the address.

Newsom’s executive order today to mandate vote-by-mail statewide is an absolutely outrageous abuse of power. This is what the COVID lockdowns have all been about: an excuse for this tin god to take away the ability for people to vote lowlifes and crooks like him out of office. I won’t even bother to say that he should be ashamed of himself because this is proof that NOTHING would make him ashamed. And watch: we will still have to contend with dirty ballot harvesting — that won’t be lifted — in spite of Newsom’s bald-faced lie that vote-by-mail is all about guarding voters’ health. Disgusting.
I can see this “executive order” being challenged. How can Newsom exclude Homeless voters? Many have no address to mail ballots to? What about people who move? Santa Clara Co. has thousands who move each year and if you didn’t know – VMB are NOT FORWARDED. Thousands of voters could be affected this election which could backfire on the Dems.

Simple solution. Thumb print on a designated corner of every ballot. Scan all ballots, any duplication voids the vote(s) and keys a criminal investigation.
In my own idealistic world, ballots would only be mailed to those that filed state tax returns. The rest can vote the old fashion way by registering fist and then going to the ballot box on election day. That;s the way it used to be.
Have to say, I miss the good old days; running down mastodons with a spear, eating with bare hands, wearing fashionable animal hides, beating hell out of disobedient wives. Yup! That’s the way it used to be.
This is not new news to me. I notified a friend a couple of years ago to investigate and come up with a program. An unknown name, Federal employee hacker has been invading my private emails. My screenshot photo’s I have of the hacker are on an external hard drive. Intellectual property laws do apply. I wonder if Sea of REEDS is a part of Seachange.
Another question? Where is integrity when stealing voting fraud ideas? The interception of emails must stop. For example, all my emails are blocked with google. Google is not allowing me to open my emails for over a week.

I must say, you anti-voter-fraud people are bewildering. You’ve repeatedly been told that no one has EVER been able to present evidence showing that mail-in ballots increase electoral fraud — absolutely NO ONE!. You’ve been told anti-fraud protections are built into the process, and that those who abuse mail-in ballots can be fined or imprisoned. Yet, you insist otherwise, using arguments based on hearsay, unreliable sources, zero tolerance, what if, crowd wisdom, personal opinion, and unabashed falsehood to support your position. WHY? Between the lines of your comments gushes a cascade of anger, bitterness, and mistrust. WHY? What is driving all that? Where has it gotten you? Aside from grousing, what do you see for your future?
How do I find if my deceased son has voted in the past election? Seems as though the verification process is preventing me from getting the information here in CA. He died 8 years ago in Santa Barbara County. Thank you for whatever help you can share with my wife and I.
