Spencer Pratt Flips the Script: Explosive ‘Concession’ Video Declares ‘It’s War’ on LA’s Corrupt Machine
Warns Bass and Raman of early morning FBI raids and recordings that could force resignations

In a blistering three-minute video released today titled “Saving LA – Phase III,” former reality television star and Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt delivered what supporters are calling one of the most electrifying “concession” speeches in modern political history.
Far from a graceful exit, the fiery address doubles as a declaration of war on the city’s entrenched political machine and a direct shot across the bow at Mayor Karen Bass and City Councilwoman Nithya Raman.
Pratt, whose home in the Pacific Palisades was destroyed in last year’s preventable and devastating wildfires, led on election night but fell short of advancing to the November runoff due to a spike in late ballots for Raman <wink wink>.
Although Pratt’s first mayoral campaign is over, he made clear that his mission is only accelerating–now fueled by righteous indignation.
“Now that the campaign portion of my mission to save Los Angeles is coming to a close and I’m moving on to the next more interesting phase,” Pratt begins, staring directly into the camera from a debris-strewn hillside overlooking charred remnants of his former neighborhood.
“Listen, I’ve spent a lot of time slaying everybody. I ridiculed everyone on the roster. And I just want to say from the bottom of my heart that I would like to take the chance to apologize to absolutely nobody…You think you can get rid of me that easily?

He dismisses critics like Jimmy Kimmel who claimed he was running a grift or would vanish if he lost.
“A lot of dim-witted jerks thought I was in this for a grift that was gonna roll up and leave town if I didn’t get into City Hall. Hey morons, I didn’t get in this for political power. I got in this to expose this corrupt machine. And nothing has changed.”
Pratt promises unrelenting accountability now that campaign finance rules and decorum no longer constrain him.
Addressing Raman directly: “You enjoy your worthless meetings at City Hall. I’m gonna be lighting you up every single day now. Don’t have to worry about offending CNN viewers. I don’t have campaign laws hamstringing me. It’s war. It’s Zero Hour for Los Angeles. ”
The city, he warns, faces accelerating decline under the leadership of Bass and Raman, whom he labels “two corrupt communists.”
Business owners and developers are already texting him about plans to flee Los Angeles.
Restaurants are shuttering.
The streets remain overrun with “weeds growing from every cracking crevice, graffiti over every square inch of public space, garbage, drugs, feces, burned-up dogs, burned-down towns….And you’re about to reward the arsonists with four more years of destruction,” Pratt questions, adding, “My goal hasn’t changed. I have been laser-focused on stopping these commie animals, and we will stop them.”
Pratt saves his sharpest warning for the runoff candidates themselves.
“Go ahead, pick your demon, certify your choice, and then you get to see it,” he says. “So Karen, Nithya– ask yourself: Is it possible that one of your employees may have a recording of you doing or saying something that would force you to resign in disgrace? Hope you sleep well at night over the next five months…Well now, we are flipping the script. I want you all of you awake at night, sweating, worried about 5 am when the FBI busts in your door, breaking open your office, because I assure you they are coming. You thought your election was going to stop me? Well, if you want to stop me ‘you’re going to have to kill me.”
Supporters on X immediately amplified the clip, now surpassing one million views, with one user quoting it verbatim and others declaring it “the most epic concession speech in all of human history.”
The video ends with a stark graphic of Theodore Roosevelt–the Rough Rider, Bull Moose, and embodiment of relentless American fighting spirit, with the word “WAR” emblazoned across the screen. The imagery serves as a powerful declaration that Pratt’s Phase III is no polite political exit but an all-out, no-holds-barred offensive against the machine: unburdened, unapologetic, and modeled after Roosevelt’s “man in the arena” ethos of charging forward no matter the cost.
For a candidate who entered the race as a political outsider after personal tragedy, Pratt has already forced uncomfortable conversations about homelessness, government failure, election integrity, and the city’s post-wildfire recovery. His campaign exposed what many Angelenos feel is a broken system, one that rewarded the very failures that contributed to the Palisades inferno and ongoing urban decay.
Now, with the formal campaign behind him, Pratt signals that the Los Angeles reckoning has only just begun.

That was not a concession speech. It was a declaration of war – and Californians need to stand with him. Dismantling the corrupt regime in Los Angeles, will cripple the Machine in Sacramento.
Imagine the sleepless nights for Bass and Raman. Couldn’t happen to a nicer pair of cheating politicians.
It’s as though whatever Spencer Pratt has up his sleeve is just about all I care about politically anymore. All things considered.. I want everyone involved with this cheat crammed down our throats to pay and pay and pay. And I hope they will pay dearly for what they have done
