‘The fist bumping between impeachment managers…it’s not a shining moment of our country’

“When someone is impeached, they are always impeached,” California Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said about the impeachment of President Donald Trump in the House. “It cannot be erased.”
Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) named the lawmakers who will serve as House managers to prosecute the case against the president early Wednesday. They include House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., who will serve as lead manager and who directed much of the House impeachment inquiry out of his committee, and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., whose panel drafted the articles of impeachment, House Democratic Caucus Chairman Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y.; Reps. Jason Crow, D-Colo.; Val Demings, D-Fla.; Sylvia Garcia, D-Texas; and Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif., Fox News reported Wednesday.
The process is: “Once the Senate notifies the House that the Senate is prepared to receive the managers, they will come to an agreement on a specific time for the managers to appear and introduce the case. They will read the official resolution, which the House passed on Wednesday, and the articles of impeachment in full.”
House Managers set on Trump’s removal since 2016
On the selection of Reps. Adam Schiff and Zoe Lofgren as impeachment managers, Nancy Pelosi has chosen two members of Congress who have been set on the removal of President Donald Trump since his election in 2016, as have each of the others chosen.
“After weeks of delay, Nancy Pelosi has finally named the ring leaders of her impeachment circus as it heads to the Senate,” said Trump Victory Spokesperson Samantha Zager. “Adam Schiff and Zoe Lofgren and House Democrats are desperate to undermine a duly elected president because they know they cannot beat him at the ballot box. Californians will remember this baseless, partisan witch hunt and vote to reelect President Trump in November.”
Fist bumping among partisans
Former Whitewater Independent Counsel Robert Ray said, “The fist bumping between impeachment managers… it’s not a shining moment of our country. It’s an entirely partisan effort, and deserves and entirely partisan rejoinder from the Senate.”
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, has repeatedly warned that Nancy Pelosi “thinks she has more power than she does.” He has said on several television and radio shows that Speaker Nancy Pelosi may have delayed sending the articles of impeachment to the Senate to hurt 2020 White House hopefuls who serve in the body — specifically Sen. Bernie Sanders. The New York Post reported his comments.
Even CNN said Nancy Pelosi’s dramatics during the signing of the articles, and fist pumping was over the top.
“Later in the week, the Senate will notify U.S. Chief Justice John Roberts that they are ready to proceed,” Fox News reported. “At an agreed time, Roberts will arrive and be sworn in by Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, who serves as the president pro tempore of the Senate. Once Roberts is sworn in, he will swear in the senators.”

Campaign trail will be abandoned while the circus is in session except a few like Biden and Pete. Bloomberg & Styer will save some money in advertising while the public is inundated 24/7 with coverage of the circus in town
