DHS Delivers Epic Smackdown to Soros-Backed AZ Senator Ruben Gallego Over Trump’s Maduro Takedown

President Donald J. Trump pulled off what can only be described as a successful military offensive: the swift and decisive capture of Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro. No American casualties, precision strikes on key sites around Caracas, and the U.S. now firmly in control of a narco-state that’s been flooding our borders with drugs, criminals, and chaos for years. After the precisely executed mission, The White House posted, “No games. FAFO.”

Maduro, indicted in 2020 in New York on charges ranging from narco-terrorism to cocaine trafficking and corruption, is finally facing justice. In January 2025, prior to the inauguration of President Donald J. Trump, the Biden Administration raised the bounty for Maduro to $25 million. In August 2025, the Trump administration increased the bounty to $50 million. 

But leave it to the radical, communist left to turn a swift and decisive victory into victimhood. Enter Arizona’s newly minted Democrat Senator Ruben Gallego, a Soros-funded darling who’s never met a Trump success he couldn’t trash. 

Gallego took to X to blast the operation as an “illegal” and “embarrassing” war, whining that we’ve gone from “world cop to world bully in less than one year.” He even invoked his Iraq War service, claiming, “I fought in some of the hardest battles of the Iraq War. Saw my brothers die, saw civilians being caught in the crossfire all for an unjustified war. No matter the outcome we are in the wrong for starting this war in Venezuela.”

There is no justification for the United States to be at war with Venezuela.

Gallego then doubled down in other posts, accusing the administration of dragging us into a “forever war” and authoring a War Powers Resolution to force a vote on what he calls Trump’s “illegal actions.”

What war, “Senator?”

Gallego’s hysteria ignores the facts: This wasn’t an invasion or occupation for occupation’s sake—it was a targeted takedown of a criminal regime that’s poisoned America with fentanyl and interfered in our elections.

Maduro’s cartel connections have wreaked havoc on our southern border, a crisis Gallego and his Democrat pals helped exacerbate under Biden-Harris. But facts don’t matter when your agenda is open borders, anti-Trump rage, and continued chaos to overthrow capitalism.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) wasn’t having any of it.

It’s the perfect highlight of Democrat hypocrisy— they’ve spent years welcoming Venezuelan migrants, including gang members from Tren de Aragua, while ignoring the human cost. Now that Trump’s cleaning house, suddenly they’re war hawks? 

DHS elaborated on the decade-long investigation under Secretary Kristi Noem, exposing Maduro’s regime as a drug-trafficking syndicate intertwined with Venezuela’s military. “The Western hemisphere must be safe for our country and our allies,” they stated. 

Amen to that.

Gallego didn’t just get owned by DHS—social media users piled on, exposing his own skeletons. His father was a convicted drug trafficker for Mexican cartels, and Gallego himself has faced scrutiny for domestic issues, including his arrest for battering a woman. 

Former Trump advisor Roger Stone didn’t mince words, calling Gallego’s wife a “coke whore” and predicting he’d end up in prison alongside Maduro. Other users mocked his “cartel buddies” and accused him of siding with Latin dictators over Americans.

And then there’s Kari Lake, the fierce Trump ally and former Arizona Senate candidate who lost to Gallego in a controversial 2024 race marred by election irregularities.

 Lake, now leading the United States Agency for Global Media in the Trump administration, fired off a direct reply to Gallego’s tweet: “You are a member of a Mexican cartel family. You are also a fraud. No one is surprised by your take.”

Spot on. 

Lake has long called out Gallego’s radicalism, from his alleged mortgage fraud—claiming primary residences in both Arizona and D.C. to game the system—to benefiting from “smurfing” campaign donations, a money-laundering tactic funneling big bucks through small donors. 

In past posts, Lake hammered him for using veteran assistance programs for a sweetheart D.C. townhouse deal while posing as a moderate.

This isn’t just Arizona drama—it’s a national wake-up call. Gallego represents the Soros machine: open borders, endless wars on American sovereignty, and zero accountability for criminal regimes like Maduro’s. Meanwhile, Trump delivers results without entering forever wars and without American casualties.

As California grapples with its own border crisis—fentanyl deaths skyrocketing and Venezuelan gangs infiltrating our cities. 

The Communists’ outrage over Maduro’s capture proves one thing: When America wins, they lose. And that’s exactly how it should be, and what will be, with President Trump’s leadership.
