Discernment and its Deleterious Impact on Newsom’s Medi-Cal

And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free – John 8:32

It is a physician’s sworn responsibility to formulate a diagnosis and offer a treatment plan for an obviously harmful physical or mental condition or illness.  Such is the case for the delusional Governor of California.  Yes, Governor Newsom is displaying delusional behavior, which is characterized by his false, self-idolizing beliefs and judgments about external reality which he clings to despite incontrovertible evidence to the contrary.  In his mind, and in the minds of those who vote for him, he is spectacularly good and is a healthcare god.

Newsom is becoming punier every day. He has trashed the medical profession, the relationship between doctor and patient, and the Spirit of Healing that is now demanding an end to his tyrannical grip on the medical profession and its mutual interdependence on its partner, the patients, for the affordability, competence, comfort, and safety of both.  Newsom has broken the mutual trust of the doctor and the patient to the point where neither care about nor for each other anymore.  On the contrary, in his sickened state, he believes that he is in complete control of the thoughts, actions, and attitudes of the doctors and most patients in California, which is the furthest from the truth!  

Earlier, I wrote a series of papers that define Newsom and his Medi-Cal folly in California to ruin the medical profession called “Medi-Cal and its deleterious impact on California Medical Care: The Cause, the Effect, and the Cure.”  That series is the basis for this paper, which is an update of his campaign to wreck free market medicine and replace it with nonsensical third world government ownership of our means of medical production, our means of distribution of medical goods and services, and his assignment of labor and loafing for a significant number of dazed and now completely controlled, complacent, and unconcerned California citizens.  The irrational Governor Newsom is failing and medicine has collapsed.

What goes around comes around!  And what is coming around in a bold, relentless, non-stoppable, and freeing fashion is simple accountability; the truth about Newsom’s folly.  His unconstitutional exercise of arbitrary and random power via Medi-Cal is way outside of his sworn oath of office and is rapidly catching up with him.  This man is addicted to power and mentally ill and profoundly destructive and dangerous to many vulnerable and naïve California citizens.   At the same time, he is welcoming illegal aliens to utilize the medical resources he is cheating the California public out of.

Please listen to me.  I stopped practicing medicine and surgery over 20 years ago for two reasons:  

1.)   The government and health insurance companies stopped paying me what I was worth for my services to patients. 

2.)  They forced unethical restrictions on my ability to treat patients correctly and to begin neglecting them.  None of that nonsense for me!  The great news is that you are now being informed as to where the funds that kept physicians motivated to the best of their God-given ability in service to you have gone.

President Donald Trump, at his latest State of the Union Speech, outlined what his administration is doing about the runaway health insurance industry. He has assigned Vice-President J.D. Vance as the “fraud czar,” now tasked with uncovering the folly in Medicaid (for example in Minnesota) and the infamous Medi-Cal in California. Bull’s-eye!! Billions and billions of hard-earned dollars have been wasted and defrauded from the taxpayers of California. It is cruel and abusive, and the citizens of this state are waking up. It is time for a change and a transformation of the thinking of the average citizen patient and the average citizen doctor back into the realm of trusting each other again, but this time with the added awareness of what we have just gone through, and protection of fiscal responsibility, limited Constitutional government, and free enterprise as we move forward.   Never again can we allow medicine to fall victim to tyranny. 

The doctor-patient contract or relationship is a tight bond, not to be interfered with by an abusive, bullying, puny, envious, hate filled fool. Just look at what happens when a tyrant gets his addicted grasp on vicious power. Such is the reality of California today, and it goes across the spectrum of businesses comprising the industrial capacity of this great state, including yours!

For an example of good judgement, President Trump, and his administration, has already decimated the pharmaceutical industry with his “Most Favored Nation” proclamation and the process is well underway. In this instance, drug companies purchased government power with campaign contributions and lobbying, and at the same time served as industry insiders teaching Newsom and the rest of the America haters just how much regulation they would allow, such that they could capture the markets and crush competition!   The result is that these crooked drug companies manufactured pills here in American plants and distributed them around America and the rest of the world. The charge for Americans was massively more than the charge in other countries.  What a conflict of interest directed at American citizens!  Yet we voted for it!

In the above instance, consumers protested and President Trump and his amazing administration heard.  Now proper pricing for medications is becoming a reality, and the pharmaceutical companies and the regulators they captured are not ripping doctors and patients off.

All eyes are on Newsom’s Medi-Cal since the amazing discovery of Governor Walz and his Medicaid fraud in Minnesota. Here again, as in the example above of the pharmaceutical companies, operations are already underway here in California which are laying Newsom’s folly bare. There are a handful of non-profit, deviant “integrated” healthcare organizations or hospital systems in northern California. They dominate the “careless health” affairs of you and me. Examples are University of California Davis, Sutter Health, Dignity Health, and Kaiser. They all tout the same virtues, and they all allow Newsom to regulate them to an extent that has crushed competition (that competition is the doctor-patient contract) and capture the market, and of course honor Medi-Cal patients and Medi-Cal reimbursement equally.  Is this not a conflict of interest between government/special interest and the doctors and patients of California?  It is fraud, waste, abuse, rationing of much needed medical care and the heartless and needless killing of patients by neglect. The desire to be paid what they are truly worth (doctors, nurses, hospitals) and patients who place hard-earned dollars on the table and get well because of the excellent care of their medical professionals is what is at stake.

Billions and billions of dollars nationally and here and California are on the line. Now we are uncovering it all. It is time to absorb the shocking evidence now filing in regarding Governor Newsom and to end his wrath. Yes, get involved. We’ve got a profoundly crucial governor’s race now underway! 

I guarantee you that by doing the right thing, your life will improve drastically, you will be able to pay your bills, you will get out of debt, you will want to love your family, your job and most of all God Himself!  And you will feel safe and really cared for when you must go to the doctor or be admitted to the hospital when you get sick enough for the first time in a long time.
