The No-Nonsense California Doctor

DEMAGOGUE:  A leader who makes use of popular prejudices and false claims and promises in order to gain power.

The California medical profession is sick.  It has been infected and profoundly weakened by the nonsensical and poisonous political machine in Sacramento.  The mechanism of action of that destructive interference has been to leach the healing power (a.k.a. Love and caring power) of the doctor-patient relationship completely out of commission and replace it with stupefying false claims and promises that have not come true!  Do you agree that we cannot afford to keep up with this nonsense?

And what about all those bewildering popular prejudices being pounced into the doctor-patient relationship; skin color, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, gender identity, sexual orientation, political party stripe, legalized murder, illegal immigration, and covid, among others?  Popular prejudices have destroyed healing power and replaced it with hate, rejection, and killing power, plain and simple.

The business between the doctor and the patient is dead!  The vital signs which consist of temperature (cold blooded), pulse rate (delayed or denied treatment), respiratory rate (hard work ethic), and blood pressure (sheer oxygen, life sustaining power delivery), are no longer present.  I pronounce the business between the doctor and patient dead, and I challenge any of the 100,000 plus licensed physicians in the “foolsGolden” state who disagrees with this diagnosis to offer another.

The serious and lifesaving question becomes how do you bring something that’s dead back to life?  The answer?  A miracle!  You can’t resuscitate dead; you’ve got to resurrect it!  WE must develop the no nonsense California doctor.  You and I are in a revolutionary war with a revolutionary opportunity to spectacularize a dead business!  And in order to win, we must develop no nonsense California citizens on the same team as our no nonsense California doctors.

There is an amazing truth that I learned several years ago about horsepower from the racecar industry, probably from a guy like John Force (by the way, a native Californian), king of the nitro gulping funny car.  That truth is that horsepower is expensive. It’s true. The same goes with healing power. It is time for AXIOM 1 as we develop the no nonsense California doctor. Healing power is valuable, substantive, and HIGHLY affordable, but hate, rejection, and lethal power is INSANELY expensive.

Medical education is a highly structured national process. Indeed, it is a global process, as we’ve found out with the covid hoax! The scientific contribution of scientists and doctors from all over the USA, and all over the world, are vitally important, as long as those contributions are demonstrably true, ethical, and obtained by “scientific method” and the “gold standard”, which is the highly disciplined, rigorous, randomized controlled study.  Also, each and every one of these contributions we incorporate into the American medical profession must be safe and significantly enhance our quality of life. 

These contributions are good for every patient and every doctor in California, and the measurement of expertise of learning in all our universities around the state (e.g. UCLA, USC, Stanford, the other UC’s, Loma Linda, and all the others), are national board exams; from medical school all the way through residency and culminating in board certification. 

The skills and judgment and latest technology available move on with the trained doctor to wherever he or she goes, for example Bel Air in Los Angeles or Lone Pine, a small town skirting the Mojave Desert 210 miles from L.A, or even Shreveport, Louisiana! It is in “private practice” that an independent doctor becomes successful.  These doctors develop a personality and bedside manner, two extremely important clinical “social skills”, as an essential core element which inspires and spices up the “bureaucratic” water cooler, bland, environment of the teaching institution.  Academic doctors are generally socially inept, and thus not equipped to teach training residents these skills.  Development of those skills are very powerful in the doctor-patient business environment, so much so that the success or failure of these “small businesses” are in the balance.  You can’t make a robot care, but you sure can develop a no nonsense doctor who does!  

Medical education is a centralized process, and that’s a good thing.  But medical practice is a very, very decentralized thing, and that is also wonderful.  Where does the Sacramento political machine fit in this arrangement?

Which leads us to AXIOM 2 as we develop the no nonsense California doctor, namely that interest and concern for both the patient and the doctor is obtainable ONLY in a “small business”, gentle, caring, one on one environment.  And befriending characteristics are obtained only with personal, close contact, so the doctor can get the real story, and perform an accurate and comprehensive physical examination.  Every doctor who works with every patient in California must have these skills, including those in our institutions of higher education.  Especially in our institutions of higher education.

Academic doctors work in a very complicated bureaucracy.  They are salaried, not self-employed.  As such, they lack the “business skills” necessary to operate a small business.  They know nothing of an overhead, a budget, accounts receivable, risk, insurance, how much to bill a patient for their services rendered, and so forth.  They are mere babes!  

Our academic institutions were the perfect, unsuspecting, and completely vulnerable target of the poisonous political machine of Sacramento. Easy prey! That monstrous machine cunningly SIDLED UP TO academia and wrecked and now completely owns and controls it. The demagogue conquered medical education. The demagogue is stingy. The demagogue destroyed private practice. The demagogue doesn’t pay doctors anywhere near what they are worth. The demagogue is a killer. The demagogue is Anthony Fauci.  The demagogue rubbed off on Governor Gavin Newsom, the demagogue/quack, imposter doctor of the Sacramento political machine.   Newsom and his predecessors did these horrible things to Sacramento, right in front of my eyes, and I am alerting you of that fact. The demagogue now owns California doctors.  This is a very serious problem. 

Depending on which day you check it out, AI tells us that the average student loan debt of a resident wrapping it up and leaving the teaching system is $275,000!  As striking, 75% of these new board-certified doctors have that debt hovering over their heads for a lifetime.  They are indentured servants and will remain bound to the education system for a long time to come, and it is not possible for them to discharge that debt in bankruptcy protection!  They can’t write off the interest.  Seems a little dismal, wouldn’t you agree?  It is true, they are defeated, resigned to these circumstances, cynical, jaded, and embittered.  There is no fight left in them for you!  

These doctors are called worthless, egotistical, hooked up with big pharma, untrustworthy, lacking in bedside manner, non-caring, immoral, in it for the money, needing to be locked up, cold, invalidating, etc.  But these names and accusations are only a reflection of their boss, the evil Sacramento politicians who now control the Marxist teaching institutions listed above as advertised by mainstream, lying California media.  Modern California doctors are lifeless, low talent tools, “by design”.

What do you think those doctors think of you, especially if they see you are frustrated with them when you finally get in to see them? I will tell you what they think. They think you are getting exactly what you deserve. In general, they feel defeated, hopeless, and hostile toward you, and that is based on majority rule. After all, you voted for (or didn’t vote) for the poisonous political machine plaguing our medical education factories, didn’t you? They are numb, nonsensical doctors. They need revolting no nonsense patients to care about them! They need to be taught how to participate in “free enterprise” medicine, completely separated from the demagogue mob Sacramento political machine.

AXIOM 3: From the above, no nonsense doctors provide competitive pricing which the market will bear, and your payment in full of your bill is powerfully affordable and refreshing and healing, and rewarding for the doctors.  No nonsense California doctors love their jobs and do first class work for their patients, and they have intense hope!

We can all agree that we Californians in the big picture aren’t taking very good care of ourselves.  The striking observations from our HHS secretary, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., and his recommendations of proper eating and exercise, are sure not what our “institutionalized” doctors are seeing nowadays!  Just think, bad protoplasm plus bad attitude patients are punishment for these doctors.  It’s a no-win situation.  

Our Sacramento political machine orders nonsensical California doctors to DISABLE able-bodied, able-minded lazy people by bribing them with “food security”, “housing security”, “healthcare security”, “transportation security”, “education security”, and even “disability security”.   That is a no-win situation.  It is also the most dangerous misuse of a doctor.  No nonsense doctors want to “tune up” everyone they see.  They want to enable you and I to live healthy, high-quality life, kind of a heaven on earth with no diseases disabling that high quality life.  

AXIOM 4: Our no nonsense California doctors do not take orders from the demagogic Sacramento political machine.  They serve the interests of the no nonsense California citizens and remain open to the nonsensical California citizens with a goal of “tuning them up too”.  No nonsense California doctors are not biased against anybody!

The cure for this undisciplined albatross is very simple. 

1. Tax-exempt medical savings accounts (TEMSA).  Pay your doctor CASH, no healthcare insurance.  No limits on how much you can put into each family member’s account.  These accounts can be given to your successors, tax free!   That’s no nonsense California medicine!
2. Highly affordable catastrophic medical insurance, that pays out on those big-ticket claims, dollar in for dollar out.  If you don’t need them, cash them out for your family when you die.  As an aside, just look at how much catastrophic fire insurance is costing the average Californian nowadays, and just how worthless it is.  It’s all about ripping off your money.
3. Worship not the demagogue, worship the Only True God!  I am proud to say that I am a Christian doctor, and I serve the “Great Physician, Jesus Christ”.  Medicine and healing are provided by our Great Physician.  Medicine, like religion, is sacred, and must be treated as such.  Congress shall make NO LAW respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the FREE EXERCISE thereof.  Why wouldn’t that hold for medicine?  No nonsense California doctors uphold the ESTABLISHMENT CLAUSE of the First Amendment of the US Constitution, and no nonsense Californians do so also.  REPEAL OBAMACARE, California!
4. Accountability!  President Trump and his team are in the process of uncovering massive (trillions of dollars) fraud, waste, and abuse here in the “foolsGolden state”, and that is very good news.  You will be amazed when the California political machine and Governor Newsom are found out.  You will understand why we have been acting nonsensically for the past 50 years.  You will want to privatize medical economics and completely de-publicize your hard-earned money!  You will want to transform the foolsGolden State into the Golden State just like the California gold rush back in the mid-1800’s!   California is an amazing and beautiful place to live when she is up and running!

To summarize this topic, the development of the no nonsense California doctor, we have it within us to achieve these goals.  We can and must resurrect the doctor-patient relationship and kill the tyrannical, no class Sacramento mob political machine to get everybody in California treated correctly and lovingly, not just in medicine, but in every vocation out there.  But guess what!  It takes two to tango and you are vital to this cause, so get fired up.  You are going to love it!
