Kamala Harris Owns California’s Third World City Hellscapes
Violent criminals are let out under an early release law enabled by Kamala Harris

“Kamala Harris called rape of an unconscious person, human trafficking with minors, and domestic violence ‘non-violent’ crimes,” California Congressman Kevin Kiley recently said on X. “As California AG, she abused her power with a false ballot description that enabled these heinous criminals to be released early and reoffend.”
In April 2022, six people were killed and 12 were wounded in a mass shooting in downtown Sacramento, turning several blocks close to the State Capitol into a massive crime scene. It was quickly evident that this was a gang-involved shooting, and police activated gang teams to do the investigation.
One day later, Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg (D) blamed guns, as did Governor Gavin Newsom (D), and both seized the opportunity to call for even stricter gun control laws on law abiding citizens.
But it wasn’t the guns who killed six and wounded 12 – it was the gunmen, who should have still been in prison, if not for Proposition 57. The shooters were brothers with criminal records. One used a machine gun in the shooting, yet both of the men were already prohibited from owning guns because of their criminal records.
As California Congressman Kevin Kiley just noted on X/Twitter:
The shooter, who fired 28 rounds, should have been prison. But he was let out under an early release law enabled by Kamala Harris. Harris, as California AG, described Prop. 57 as applying to “non-violent” offenders. This was a lie; law enforcement groups said so urgently at the time. And this case proves they were right. Five years before the mass shooting, the perpetrator was convicted of domestic violence, but he served less than half his 10-year sentence because of Prop. 57. Here’s how the local prosecutor described that earlier offense, which began with him breaking into his girlfriend’s home: “He located her hiding in her bedroom closet and hit her repeatedly with a closed fist on the face, head, and body, causing visible injuries. He then dragged her out of the home by her hair to an awaiting car. After he put her in the car, he assaulted her with a belt.” According to Harris, this was a non-violent crime. That is the lie she told voters, directly in the ballot description. That false description is why the proposition became law and has allowed violent offenders like this to re-offend, again and again. It’s one reason why California has a violent crime rate that far exceeds the national average.
Rep. Kiley fought for years to overturn Propositions 47 and 57.
Proposition 57, “the Public Safety and Rehabilitation Act of 2016,” which was sponsored by Governor Jerry Brown and progressive billionaire George Soros, claimed that increasing sentence-reduction credits for inmates participating in rehabilitation programs, would result in fewer inmates committing additional crimes, Michael Rushford with the Criminal Justice Legal Foundation reported for the Globe in 2023.
Proposition 57, shamelessly titled “the Public Safety and Rehabilitation Act,” now allows “nonviolent felons” to qualify for early release, and parole boards can now only consider an inmate’s most recent charge, and not their entire history because of this proposition.
Notably, both Prop. 47, titled “The Safe Neighborhoods and Schools Act,” and 57 were given their ballot titles and summaries by then-Attorney General Kamala Harris, as the Globe has reported for many years.
Crimes now considered “nonviolent” by Kamala Harris under Proposition 57 in California include:
- human trafficking of a child
- rape of an unconscious person or by intoxication
- drive by shooting at inhabited dwelling or vehicle
- assault with a firearm or deadly weapon
- assault on a police officer
- serial arson
- exploding a bomb to injure people
- solicitation to commit murder
- assault from a caregiver to a child under eight years old that could result in a coma or death
- felony domestic violence.
No California Democrat has of yet openly admitted that the crimes of human trafficking a child or a drive by shooting are indeed violent crimes, and need to be reclassified back.
There have been numerous attempts to repeal and/or reverse Proposition 47, which was passed by tragically misinformed voters in 2014, and reduced a host of serious felonies to misdemeanors, including drug crimes, date rape, and all thefts under $950, even for repeat offenders who steal every day.
Prop. 47 which also decriminalized drug possession from a felony to a misdemeanor, removed law enforcement’s ability to make an arrest in most circumstances, as well as removing judges’ ability to order drug rehabilitation programs rather than incarceration.
The commensurate escalation of crime throughout California is stunning. And there is no coincidence that during this same time period, the exponential escalation of homeless vagrants and drug addicts on the streets occurred.
California’s largest cities resemble third world hellscapes, with people living in stolen tents on sidewalks, covering the sidewalks with human defecation, urine and vomit, garbage strewn on city streets, drug addicts shooting up in public, drug sales, public sex acts, and violence – street fights between vagrants, and open harassment of passers by, with virtually little to no policing.
This is Kamala Harris’ California.

Kamala’s entry into the big dance will be short lived for all of the reasons listed in the article and alongside of her other radical positions. Radicals still have to run as foe moderates. Kamala has too much in the public space to pull this off. Her candidacy is Joe Biden’s way of gumming up the works since they won’t let him be on the ticket. The next few weeks re going to be interesting to watch.
The Democrat party has no intention of letting her be the next Preezy of the Steezy. She is just a place holder. Watch the D. convention for major fireworks.
No way. The Democrat convention is August 19-22. It will be a Harris/Walz media love fest. Early voting starts on September 16 in Pennsylvania. That means that a “new ticket” would have to be approved by each state and put on the ballot before September 16. Can’t be done in time. The ballots are already being printed. The Demoncrat ticket is Harris/Walz. But, Harris IS a placeholder – for Barack Obama pulling the strings.
Actually, nomination period here in California ends Friday August 9th ballot production has note started yet and won’t start for a few weeks. If you watch footage from Kamal’s recent speaking engagement in Detroit she is receiving lots of verbal push back to the point of disruption (she does not command respect). Chicago is going to be a rough and tumble event. There are articles online claiming that Biden might attempt to reclaim the nomination. This is going to be a wild few weeks.
Wishful thinking…..but enjoy anyway….it’s all part of their entertainment. I won’t be watching.

I am circulating this article to everyone I know and asking them to pass it on. If you can change the opinion of even one person regarding Kamala, you have accomplished a great deal. As my aunt used to tell me: “You have a voice, use it.”
The fact that the Dems are proceeding full-speed ahead despite the obvious un-electability of either of these clowns is concerning. In 2020, it didn’t seem possible that a doddering old man hiding in his basement could win, yet they proceeded full speed ahead, and here we are. What do they have in their back pocket this time around? We know about their prior stealing mechanisms; what have they come up with to bag the election this time?
jfb – They WANT you to think they have new better cheating methods and new “October (now early Sept) surprises” whether they do or not. Sure seems to me they’re stuck with the sad old exposed ones but I guess we’ll see.
To overcome their pathetic cheating, however, we all must be sure to VOTE. There is no excuse to refrain from voting, from doing something that is so simple, no matter HOW cynical we are (I know, I know). We still have to VOTE. I’ve heard so-called conservatives announce proudly (huh?) that they are not going to vote anymore. That makes no sense. And it causes them to swell up with pride because….? I don’t understand.
Also if you think voting doesn’t matter in California, it does. Not only for all of the important anti-crime and tax and etc. PROPOSITIONS, but also for all the Dem-Marxist goofballs on the ballot who are literally BEGGING to be voted out. Maybe also to shut up the people who love to say, “but he didn’t win the POPULAR vote!” On second thought, those people will never shut up, will they. ha ha

To do this means no more baby steps, I will bring in the National Guard to help, bring in more police units and go after the drug cartels.
At the same time, I will increase the industrial production of our city and make sure our small and medium businesses can grow throughout Oakland.
This is why I support the recall of DA Pamela Price and Mayor Sheng Thao, who like Kamala Harris, share in the responsibility for the destruction of Oakland and California.
I think I can confidently speak for the vast majority of residents of Oakland, who have made it very clear that they intend to replace the failed political leadership who have brought the city to the conditions of daily degeneration and disaster that we all live in. What many of our people DO NOT KNOW, which I intend to fully inform people of, is that Kamala Harris has played a huge role in the destruction of Oakland, San Francisco, and the entire state of California.
For those who don’t know Kamala Harris’ record, I will refer you to the Washington Times article from August 5, 2024. Like Pamela Price, Kamala is a George Soros creation. Both George and his son Alex have endorsed Kamala for President of the United States.

To fully solve Oaklands deliberate destruction with crime, homelessness, and garbage in our streets you need a President in the White House who is tough on crime, closes the border, goes after the drug cartels, and wants to end inflation and make America a scientific, productive industrial nation again. This is why I support Donald Trump for President and his Agenda 47 and I encourage you to do the same. Otherwise Oakland will never recover and the nation will become an Oakland.

We will never correct the downward spiral that California and the rest of the country are in until we blame and apply pressure to those people who are TRULY responsible for the decline… the voters who elect these cockroaches to their positions of power. If you are one of these voters, sorry, but YOU OWN THIS S**T. You can’t blame anyone else. If you hadn’t voted for these cockroaches politicians they wouldn’t be in a position to do the damage they’re doing to our society and our country.
In November when we vote, please don’t vote for more decay. Research your candidate and don’t rely on the mainstream media to tell you what to do. Listen to both sides. Make up your own mind. Use the Internet. Use your power as a citizen.
When looking at your ballot, remember, you don’t have to vote for every position or proposition. If you see a cockroach send them back to the gutter where they belong, don’t vote for them. If you think they’re all cockroaches don’t vote for any of them. The important thing is, DON’T VOTE FOR A COCKROACH !!
