RNC, CAGOP, and House Speaker McCarthy Launch California ‘Bank Your Vote’
Bank Your Vote encourages voters to pledge to ‘bank’ their vote before Election Day

Today, the Globe learned Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel announced California’s state buildout for “Bank Your Vote” and launched the State Leadership Team. Bank Your Vote encourages voters to pledge to “bank” their vote before Election Day.
“To beat Joe Biden and California Democrats in 2024, we must ensure that Republicans bank as many pre-Election Day votes as possible,” RNC Chairman Ronna McDaniel said. “The RNC is proud to work with Republican leaders across the state to encourage voters to Bank Your Vote and deliver Republican victories up and down the ballot next November.”
Ahead of 2024, the Bank Your Vote operation is leveraging the full infrastructure of the RNC, the California Republican Party, and the historic investments in data driven ground game to encourage, educate, and activate Republican voters on when, where, and how to lock in their votes as early as possible. In addition to staff and the statewide volunteer network, California will have a state-specific voter resource page on BankYourVote.com, which will include pre-Election Day voting processes, links to state government sites where voters can request their ballot directly, and digital reminders for voters on all applicable pre-Election Day voting options.
“California Republicans secured our House Majority in 2022, and it’s here that we will continue to expand that majority next November,” said Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy. “Together with the RNC and CAGOP, it is critical that we continue our momentum and encourage Republican voters nationwide to ‘Bank Your Vote’ ahead of Election Day in 2024.”
The RNC said “Building on our absentee return rate, early in-person voting, and ballot harvesting success in 2022, Republicans must now improve on our overall number of pre-Election Day voters to ultimately secure victory in 2024. A crucial part of getting Republican voters to become pre-Election Day voters will be ensuring voter confidence in elections through our continued Protect Your Vote efforts. In 2022, we had nearly 1,800 volunteer shifts filled by Poll Watchers and Poll Workers during Early Voting and on Election Day in California.”
“To win in 2024, Republicans must reach more voters than ever before, which is exactly what we will do through ‘Bank Your Vote’ with the RNC,” California GOP Chairwoman Jessica Millan Patterson said. “As Chairwoman, I have long made it a top priority for California Republicans to maximize every option to turn out voters, especially Vote-By-Mail, all of which are crucial efforts in delivering more low propensity and swing voters.”
“Ahead of 2024, Republicans are fully focused nationwide on maximizing pre-Election Day voting, and California will lead the way,” RNC National Committeewoman Harmeet Dhillon said. “To make sure that Joe Biden is a one-term president, we take back the Senate, and expand our Republican Majority in the House, Californians must ‘Bank Your Vote’ early and join our efforts to ‘Protect Your Vote.’”

It’s better than nothing that some Republican leaders have taken some action to maximize pre-election day voting among Republican voters, but what are they doing about pervasive Democrat voter fraud that includes mass mail-in ballots and voter drop off boxes without a chain of custody, vote harvesting, voter rolls that haven’t been updated in years, ballot machines that can be hacked and manipulated, etc.? Don’t expect too much from Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel and the rest of the Republican leadership most of whom are deep-state RINOs? Glad to hear that The Globe will follow up with RNC and CAGOP officials and team members? Someone has to hold them accountable?
In 2018 and 2020 the same RNC and CAGOP “leadership” were stuck on the “only vote-in-person on election day” strategy, disregarding the fact that early mail-in voting and banking/harvesting was legal in California and other states. So, these people are late to the party again. Better late than never, I guess? I will believe it when I see it. Meanwhile, no donations to either the RNC or CAGOP. What else are they doing; to counter the Dem’s abortion focus and illegal migration, for example.
The main problem with CA republican voters is that they have given up the state with the bad attitude of “my vote does not count”. This is where the CAGOP and RNC need to put a lot of focus on!!!!
While it’s a good concept, I respectfully disagree. Unless the Republicans are willing to resort to Election fraud when the voters start returning their ballots it will not make a difference. Vote by Mail is a corrupt voting process. While the State knows and publicizes how many ballots are mailed out following party turnout until after the election is completed it is next to impossible. You can loosely follow the turnout by geography and try to compensate based on those numbers. What also makes this difficult is the 15 largest Counties over inflated voter rolls which favors the democrats. In the 2022 Mid-term there was close to 10.8 million ballots not returned and are simply unaccounted for. While some end up in the bottom of a bird cage most do not. I have heard of the practice of buying unvoted ballots. It would be interesting to know exactly what happened to them. Here’s how they win in 2024. 1. They have 8 -10 commonsense planks that every candidate for office agrees to and campaigns on. 2. They have to examine the voting process in each of the 58 counties as they all operate differently/independently. Identify the weaknesses and in each county and sue to strengthen them prior to the election (the dems did this nationally in 2020 to their advantage). Be disciplined. In the 2022 mid-term there was a safe seat that if I recall correctly 4 reps and 2 dems ran in the primary. The dems ended up running up against each other in the general. I call that the monkeys’ hand in the jar. No one was going to backout and they all lost. So inconclusion starting early and building a bank is not going to win elections it is actually fighting the democrats on their own turf. California is ripe for a commonsense revolution.
Republicans, Conservatives, Independents, Red-Pilled Democrats — whatever you want to call them — are always on the horns of a dilemma with these calls from GOP leadership. It’s important that we’re all on the same page for an election, of course, because we have ONE SHOT to get it right. That’s one horn. The other horn is that what we mean by “banking votes” or even “ballot harvesting” is not what THEY mean by “banking votes” or “ballot harvesting.”
The Dem/Marxist politicians didn’t stage a fake health emergency in order to usher in vote-by-mail (and other election tricks) for NOTHING. They did it so that they could print a sea of blank ballots (like counterfeit money) to be filled in —- before and after “election day” —- by their organizations of robotic public union members (and others). These would then be available to feed into races where their candidate or issue was losing. This is just one of many of the moving parts of the complex system of the Dems’ election rigging. It occurs to me that the GOP version of “banking votes” would only give the cheaters a preview of how many fake votes must be produced in order to “win” a race.
It would be extremely helpful for our team if there were some indication that GOP leadership had at least LOOKED at the plausible work of, say, Jay Valentine (link to latest article below), who has written credibly about one solution to one part of this rigging. Having examined it the GOP can then reject it if they think it’s no good or won’t work, but I think we want to know that solutions like this have been considered before the GOP leadership goes all in on the their naive version of “banking the vote” or “ballot harvesting.”

The RNC, Rona, should be helping our GOP candidates with money so they have a fighting chance! That is a major problem with the RNC and I will not donate to that organization. I only give to the candidates directly.
